A small suggestion, please?
Okay, I did this drawing while ago..

i would say so, do a lil something on the simple side for the clothes then go all out for the eyes. :D

You need to work on the facial features, especially the eyes. The legs look a little too thin.

I can't quite make out the mouth, there's 3 lines. Is the bottom a mole on her chin? As for the ponytail, is it suppose to be off-centered? It looks like the kind of hairstyle where there are 2 ponytails on the side of the heads, but missing 1 ponytail on the otherside. And her right leg looks strange... Can't really say anything on it, it just looks a little disproportionate. But really, its a great picture! Very good angle.

there doesn't seem like anything wrong with it. i'm just not feeling the eyes of the first drawing. other than that it looks very cute. i'm liking your style. 8)
