That's a little freaky, a white bald guy is talking. But um, the "I Love" part seems to be good, but you added an extra frame after the word "Love" and therefore the "You" seemed delayed or carried out. Interesting animation though...

Neat, but that extra frame bothers me, but I'm very picky.
I think a neat addition to it would be to make the guy blink once or twice- that isn't too hard is it?
I don't work with animations so I wouldn't know.
