Okay, note: If the sketch wasn't fantastic enough, the coloured version compensates for everything that the sketch was lacking and multiplies the sexiness by at least a million.

The thing is, I did not use the burn tool at all. In fact, I VERY rarely touch the burn tool unless I am not able to shine metal blades properly enough. lol
It was the overlay and soft light layering function I used for the hair. =)

I was not very careful with the lighting for the hair while I was colouring it, my mistake. xD
