This is just my artwork that I want to see if people like or not... I know that most of them are in black and white and I'm ussually told to color them but I don't care! Sure! Color is cool looking but I take pride in my black and white art... so if you don't like my art because it's black and white then don't tell me... I really don't care if you say how much you hate my pics because their black and white... If you say it would look cool in color then thats okay...

They all look very nice, especially on the shading ^^
Except the fifth picture looks weird to me. One thing is, her feet seem to small. Your feet are about the size of your forearm which is not happening in this picture. Also, the skirt looks strange, just overall, I can't really explain. Also, on the arms, they seems uneven, and the sleeves seem to be different for each arm. On the left [our right] arm, it makes the sleeve look looser, especially at the elbow area, and it doesn't look as loose on the right [our left] arm. And the head seems a bit deformed. But other than that, very nice! :3 |
The skull is absolutely amazing! The use of shading is so well done. Great job!

The skull is very good, especially the shading. I like the second picture a lot too. It's really difficult to make two pairs of hands look good together, and I think you did a good job.
I second all the critiques made by Amiiu, especially pointing out that the legs and feet overall are a little bit awkward and she looks like she's dancing on air. I think before you delve into anime, sometimes it's good to get a good sense of drawing from life. Once you do that, you should be able to successfully draw anime people as well. ^.^ Hope that helped. |
you have a good sense of form I can see that much. One thing I would do is build up the shading more and add more value to really shape those nice forms you have even more.
