Hee! <3 I find it amusing that a lot of us are running about in our skivvies still as we're new and still goin' for gold. Sooooo... I drew up Bombshell still in her skivvies as she is currently. These are pin up type poses but I don't think they're dirty or above a PG-13 rating. If they are I apologize and may this be deleted.



Anyone wanna draw their character up while they're still in their skivvies?

Also, if anyone has tips/critique for computer coloring, I'd appreciate some hints whether it is brushes to use or shading tips, whatever. Thanks!

As for the coloring tips, what program do you use?
I find that the GIMP program has wonderful shading tools. :3

I like the way you've stylized her. Kind of... fifties advertisement feel to the lines. Though not in the face. Good stuff.

As far as shading goes... I don't know if you need much more than you've got. We're not really going realistic. If I had to give some critique on it though (and I do feel obliged to because I hate getting a thumbs up without some help) I might ask you to double check your light source. eg, standing lady has highlights on the right side of a leg, and on the left side of her arm.

You use elements? I tried using elements but found that it does not have all the ability that regular photoshop has. I gotten elements with my Wacom a while back.. I think that Open canvas is a better program for sketching tho :)

JiJi - alas we are both poor waifs! LOL Elements came with my Wacom too. I tried Corel that came with my scanner but I didn't get the hang of it. Elements seemed easier. I've only been playing around with these art programs a couple years. I heard of Open Canvas too but one I've not tried. Goodness so many! I think I'll try out Gimp first though.

lol it is suppose to sound like a super hero lol. thats what makes it sound funny.

I have Corel too it also came with my wacom. I don't use it much tho. I kind of go back n' forth between Open canvas and Photoshop. Sometimes I use my Manga Studio. Manga Studio is pretty good for line. Photoshop I typically use for coloring. I cant draw in photoshop very well.
