Woo ^^ I'm really pleased with how it turned out, i went online and found some line art (my art isnt good enough really), and obviously coloured it in using photoshop :)

Here's the original (not drawn by me) :

And this is my coloured in version ^^ :

Shame the fill tool doesn't work with the lines being anti-aliased, otherwise i coulda done it quick, but instead it took ages ><

What do you think?? :)

I think you did a really good job! Well done! My colouring is usually flat, it's nice to see a depth to yours.

I like it a lot!
The background sky is nice, but the 'ground' lacks a bit of depth. I'm not saying to alter the image except for coloring it, but it could use a little effect? Not sure.

The two figures look extremely nice with the coloring, though. I like it! :D

Heh, threw some quick grass onto the ground ^^

Suspense - Ty ^^ For the eyes i filled them in, then grabbed a circular brush that feathers on the edges, set the opacity quite low, and clicked :)

:O I like the textures, and the shading. Everything looks really good, except the outlines are kinda blurry, but that couldn't be helped.

I agree with others, the grass looks a bit...plain. And another thing is, there's a black line where the sky meets the ground which is...weird since there isn't supposed to be a thick black line in between the two.

Thanks nacht ^^

I've changed the grass into some quick brushing >< I think the line kinda matches really, because the 2 people have outlines :)

For the outline thing, some people like to set the lineart to multiply and color underneath on a new layer. =3

I really like the shading on the robes, and the texture in the sky is an awesome effect. Good job~ =D

That is a great coloring style! *Grins* It is simple but works well! Very clean, and could be used for just about any lineart. Nice job!

Nice first job :0 I know my first time wasn't all to appealing |D

You did fantastic though~ as Lura said, it would help greatly if you set the line art layer to multiply, and then on another layer (below the line art layer) go ahead and color as much as you'd like, and you wont have to worry about ruining the lines, or having to do extra things to keep the line art the way it is!

I really like their baggy bag things ;3;~

That's very good for your first try. Just remember to shade where the shadows are on the clothing. like.. where those belt things overlap the clothe, you add shadow to them to add more depth to it..so..yeah that's the main thing I can recommend working on. Coloring is a pain. It usually takes me four or five hours -_-'

Oh cool, ill try out that multiply thing and see how it turns out ^^

Thanks for the good feedback and advice, im thinking of buying one of those wacom bamboo fun graphic tablets to improve my art on, so hopefully i could do some colouring on my own (kinda bad) art :P
