I did this like, last month, and I just wanna know what people think of it, if you think that there's anything I can do to make it better (besides adding a mouth, no matter how I tried I just couldn't be bothered to draw that little detail on...), so on and so forth.
And, I don't know if we have to put this here, so I will just in case...
Ginko-sama doesn't belong to me, as much as I may wish that he did.

GINKO.
Lovely art and textures,
But maybe instead of trying to add a mouth,
Give more shape to the head?
It seems rather flat,
SO then the mouth is sort of implied?
I dunno.

Heh heh, yeah the mouth is sorta just, well, we know he has one so that's what matters right? No, what happened was this was a project for school, and I didn't get the mouth done before I had to turn it in, and I just haven't worked on it since then... I'm incredibly lazy. And when I did try to put it on, it just wouldn't work out right, didn't look normal.
I think that I really need to add on some shading though, in and around the hair line, and the eye, and fix up the hair if and when I get a chance. And the tree, the tree bugs me.

I think it is really good. I don't know too much about digital painting, so I don't wuite know what they are supposed to look like.
But I really like it.

I like it. A lot. Although it might be nice if he had a mouth, he doesn't really NEED one... right?
It would be nice if the grass was blurred a little or something. Everything has soft, blurry edges except the grass which is really sharp-looking. It makes it look out of place.

Thats pretty good for a first time. By the way, you wrote "mu" very strangely. Its actually incorrect. It should be writen "む” and the second "shi" should be right next to "師."

The absence of a mouth doesn't bother me very much... I just suggest that, no matter how tempting it is, to over-use the grass brush.
Over all, though, your blending is lovely, nice work on that.
