This year has been a big year for me in terms of art. It is m first year that I worked with references and avidly tried to improve my art and my eye for instead of randomly sketches. It is also the first year I have attempted to color anything (Though I did very little of that. Nothing beyond school projects and my breedables shop). So, my work is very flawed, amaturish. Poses of any kind are new and difficult for me. But I've worked hard and I've worked long.
I wouldn't mind some constructive criticism, but I know my work has plenty of flaws. What I want to know is this; is my work appealing? Do you look at it and like it? Would you want art from me?
I love other people's art, but never my own. And for awhile now I have been promising a sale in my breedable's shop. But I haven't done it. And I just realized why. I'm scared. I'm worried that no one will enjoy my work.
This was done in colored pencil, but I do shop work on computer, I just wanted to try this out. Scanning this image changed it in many ways. The yellow is much brighter and other such coloring issues.
So, um, could you tell me what you think?
