Problem Coloring Pixel Doll
 

So for the sake of a simple explanation, I'll use a PICTURE. YAAAY.

The brush and layer opacities are set at "Normal" and "100."

The layer title is "Background (0ms)." I do not know what this means. Does this relate to the color coming out all funky?

The color depth does not register such a color - increase it and try again ;)
That's what the problem looks like to me, anyways :3

Also - the title of your layer has nothing to do with the color - the "background" just means that it's the image you originally started with - the layers are so that you can draw and color on different blank images that overlap so you:::

1. don't ruin your line art
2. don't mix coloring
3. don't draw on the actual image ;)
