I got married in jeans and a t-shirt, with a sweater pulled over it.
I'd not change a thing to this day. It was what made us both happy.


Hobby wise I've been making shrink charms mostly, punches make it so much easier.
I've got a bunch made that are halloween themed but I'm lazy with taking pics.
I love the lids from those foil baking pans. They are so darn useful for so many things.
And I've been working on my artwork for my faux "stained glass" project to go in my windows.
I think I done well for a free handed dragon sketch.

Basically you have this larger image on a special type of plastic stuff and then you bake it and the plastic stuff shrinks.

Shrinky dinks are the best!!! I probably have 2 or three packages of the plastic sheets laying around my house.

Used to make those as a kid. And I'm old. They have been around for a very long time.

I've never heard of them. what's the point in shrinking them? just so they're smaller and cuter. and when they're big you can get in more detail?

You can make everything from key chains, phone fobs, zipper pulls, jewelry charms,
hair pins, magnets, mobil charms, buttons, etc from them.
You're only limited by what you can think up really.
You don't have to have actually name brand name shrinky dink plastic sheeting.
I use food container lids that are #6 plastic to make them.

I made a big ole bunch of charms awhile back, but forgot to post the pics..
I've also made a few more shawls, & knitted hat/scarf sets.

I've made a ton of chibi character ones too.
All from different games / animes / tv shows / books & comics.
But I haven't cut them out, cooked, or sealed them yet.
They are all just a bunch of drawn on plastic sheets atm like these.



I've been working my way into having at least a hundred or so ready to go.
Making sure that when I cook them, I only have to give myself a headache the once.
There's a plastic stink when you cook the things, and then the sealant fumes too.
I paint the backs with glitter nail polish, a solid color, and a final coat of sealant.
It's a bit of a process lol..

I found the most awesome totes for my small craft stuff at Harbor Freight.
The things are wonderful for my charm & jewelry craft parts.




I have another one too that has a box storage at the top and adjustable drawers.
But haven't took any pictures of it. Those things are wonderful though.
So much neater, faster, and easier to sort my things and keep organized with them.

Hey! This totally happened btw! One of my best guy friends was one of my bride's maids...or man. Bridesman! And my (now husband's) ((omg guys I got married a few weeks ago!)) guy's friend Annie was one of his groom's women! It worked out awesome.

How would I go about purchasing a Hufflepuff charm?

I use the Krylon spray glaze on most things Woodlandnymph.

And erm, I've actually never really thought about selling them Kirin.. *scratches head*
I can give you the image files that I printed out to use for the HP stuff if you'd like?
They are super easy to make and cheaper if you use food containers like I do instead of shrink plastic.
I mostly just make them as gifts for the holidays.

Nice! Thanks. I just didn't know how that worked on markers or such. Cause I've always done shrinky dinks with colored pencils.
