When I first heard they were adapting the movie into a Broadway musical I about died. I thought it would be the worst idea in Broadway history. When I finally saw it, though, I loved it! The story line is pretty identical to the movie but the music is just so catchy and the way they staged it just captivated me. My favorite song is definately So Much Better. I love it because Elle finally sees how strong she is and she can be overall and she learns she doesn't need to depend on someone else to be her best.

I want to see this so baddly. I really liked the movie. I found Elle to be very cool. I hope it come to my city. Thanks for the review. Oh and no I haven't heard any of the music yet.

Ahh, I saw the ad on TV and was mildly interested, but my family isn't into those things so its unlikely I'll ever see it. >_> I love watching the movie though, and have seen it a million times on ABC family XD

@ amy: if you get the chance to see it you should. Its so good! It follows the movie storyline very closely down to some of the dialogue. Its so good. =) I love the movie but I LOVE the musical =)

I ended up taping it when it premiered on MTV and bought the soundtrack like, the day after I watched the musical. I looove it, more than the movie honestly.
