I've been listening to a lot of new bands recently, but it's not enough. I want more. I don't care about the genre of music, as long as the songs themselves you suggest are happy, joyful, bouncy, energizing, etc... It makes you want to move, motivates you immensely, or it lifts up your spirits.
Ex:
"Video Killed the Radio Star" - The Buggles (New Wave/Pop)
"I Can't Decide" - Scissor Sisters (Melodic Pop)
"Don't Stop Me Now" - Queen (Pop)
"Short Skirt, Long Jacket" - Cake (Alternative Rock)
"Superstar" - Toy-box (Bubblegum Dance)
"Ride a Horse, Save a Cowboy" - Big & Rich (Country)
"Drink n' Fight" - Flogging Molly (Celtic Punk?)
"I Gotta Feeling" - Black Eyed Peas (Melodic Hip Hop?)
*Note on "I Gotta Feeling": I absolutely HATED that song when I first listened to it. After about four or five more listens to it, I actually grew to enjoy it. A bit strange, but true. So don't be afraid to suggest any songs you think fit what I'm looking for. Even if I don't like it at first, it'll grow on me. XD

I have a whole playlist of songs that make me want to move / sing along with them to keep me alert when I'm playing MMORPGs at night. XD;;
I'd suggest some songs by Coheed & Cambria - particularly The Suffering and A Favor House Atlantic. What You Waiting For? by Gwen Stefani was overplayed, but it makes me feel energised. And nothing brings a smile to my face at the moment like America, F*** Yeah! by Team America.
I approve very much of the songs you listed as examples~ Particularly I Can't Decide, which I've loved since I heard it associated with Doctor Who. X'D

"Give A Little Bit" by Supertramp
"Something Happened on the Way To Heaven" by Phil Collins
"10th Man Down" by Nightwish
And this one's not exactly a happy song, but it always makes me move:
"Frostbitten Woodlands" by Carpathian Forest.

@PandaPon
I have that Team America song! XDD
I've actually never heard that Gwen Stefani song. D,8
Thank you so much for the help! X3

You don't have to worry about that. Like I said, I don't care about the genre. Barbershop Quartet, Terrorcore, Ambient, Reggae... I like a little bit (understatement) of everything. :)
@Aiparon
Ohhh, I just love Nightwish~ We're in low supply down where I live though. (Like, "none available") It'll be nice to hear something new by them. <3
Can't wait to rumage through youtube for your other suggestions as well. Thank you very much for helping me. :D

My definition of happy music is more of, like, music I can jump around to. xD
Like, "Russia Privjet" by Basshunter. It's great and makes me happy. ^_^
And.... "59th Street Bridge Song" by Simon & Garfunkel is really happy~ I've been to the 59th Street Bridge. C:

Ooh, I love "Life Is A Highway". :3
"Walking in Memphis" is another great country song.
I usually don't listen to that genre, so if I like it, it must be good, lol. Xb

Most songs are depressing, but I have some happy ones!
"Love Today" - Mika
"Mr. Blue Sky" - Electric Light Orchestra (ELO)
"Start Wearing Purple" - Gogol Bordello (this is weird)
"LDN" or "Smile" - Lily Allen
"De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da" - The Police
That's all that's coming to mind right now, but I know I'll think of more later.
And P.S. I wouldn't call Queen pop if I were you. :P

You gotta hear some songs by Little Jackie.
For happyish/upbeat songs?....
Maybe try "One Love" or "I Liked You Better Before".
I'd also suggest "The Kooks" mostly songs from their first album.
I especially like "She moves in her own way", "Naive" and "Eddie's Gun."
And anything from Beyonce's latest CD.
Upbeat songs are on the "Sasha-Fierce" disc, slower songs are on the "Beyonce" disc. From the slow songs, I especially like "Ave Maria" and "Satelites."
I gotta hit the hay, but I'll be back with more suggestions later.
