Yeah. I love them. <3 I dont care if people seem to have lost interest in them, lately, for all the stupid little emo bands. Slipknot is like, 100x better than all that. XP

I like Slipknot but they're not everyone's cup of tea.

I personally really really like slipknot.

They're actually my favourite band. <3

I don't really listen to them. Although,
I have heard their song Before I Forget
and I love it. :D

Sliknot is a we-try-to-be-metal-but-we're-definitely-posers kind of band.
Don't get me wrong, I used to think they were great. Once I fell asleep
listening to them and had a dream I was at their concert, but compare
them to other bands, and they just aren't doing it.

Slipknot is on that short list with Radiohead and a couple other bands who make music that's not bad but have fans that make it impossible to like them. I always feel that if I bump into a slipknot fan and I'm not WOO HOO FUCKING SLIPKNOT! that they're going to try and stab me or something. :)

This exact problem cost me a friendship.
This kid was so into Slipknot, when I told him I wasn't too fond of them
he deleted me off of all of his friendlists and stopped all form of contact
with me.

I liked them for a small period a few years back. I got over them and moved on.

I really like slipknot, it just annoys me that some people only know like one of there songs because of Guitar Hero3.

Slipknot is seriously overrated. Just like Disturbed, they're really nothing special.

I like slipknot, the new stuff though - not so much. It feels a tad bit too Stone Sour to me.
However, 2 or 3 albums back, they were really fascinating and good.
I love their sound.
Now their new stuff; I do like it - but it isn't "Slipknot" enough. Stone sour is good too... =[
