Theoretical Apeiron. "Apeiron" is a cosmological theory created by Anaximander in the 6th century BC. The theory is basically of something that is endless an ageless; such as light. I'd've liked it to just be "Apeiron", but there's already a heavy metal band from Italy called "Apeiron" >:/ |

I always thought One Flew Over The Taxi Cab qwould be a cool name for a punk band.

I was just talking about this on Friday before break with all my friends. And I can't remember what name it was that I came up with, well it was more like said and then my friend said "that would be an awesome band name"
My friend says "My favorite word is fuck" would be his. And once from eating ramen and coffee my friends and I decided Caffeinated Noodles needs to be the name for something. So maybe the nonexistent band we'll form! 8'D |
Suicidal Pickles.
There's actually a story to that x3 I'd never call my band that, though in all fairness I'd never be in a band... o.O Anyway, last year in English class, I was goofing off with some friends instead of working (the usual, since that class was so easy). I completely believe that Santa Clause is portrayed as a creepy pedophile figure. Not to say he IS or was meant to be, just that... some things are really disturbing. So due to this, and a few inside jokes about a gingerbread cookie named Gingy (yes, taken from Shrek!) and Santa working together, I came up with some scenario where they adopted a pickle because I just love pickles, and the pickle was in a band called Suicidal Pickles. ....looking back on it now, I shake my head and think, wow, I'm a retard. I'm honestly more mature than that D: But when I act immature, well, a band named Suicidal Pickles whose band members are actual pickles is the result. :angel: |

I like the cheasyness of the ____ and the ____s format. You can put almost anything in it. Like:
The Brit and the Tea, The Man and his Fishes, or alternetly the Man who swims with fishes. Plays off common themes are fun. |

I have imagined myself being lead guitarist and singer in a band with my friends called No Worries. Although my best friend can only play the trumpet and the trombone so lol not rock band instruments. It's definitely just a fantasy. hehe.

Optimisticality.
I use that alllll the time. It's also the name of the band that a handful of my OC's are in. I was thinking about how optimistic I am, and then I started playing with words and sounds, and that word popped into my mind. I thought it was a real word at first, but then I found out it wasn't. Another one I really like is Drawing Dead, which refers to cards. |
Hehe, sometimes I will be having a conversation with someone and some pair of words or phrase will come up that sounds non-sequitor except in that particular context, and that I think would make a good band name =X
Missing a Mushroom is one that comes to mind. I used to keep a list of them in the unlikely event that I sprout profound musical talent, but I am not sure if I still have the list ^^; |
