So, this band has a new song out called Apologize...well I'm not sure HOW new it is, it's been on the radio for a while, but I'm obsessed with the song! But I've never really hard to the band that does the song 'One Republic.'

When I heard the song for the first time I was thinking how I was screwed with a a girl that I had a crush on... She was dating with me and giving me hopes while flirted with others... When I mean flirting I mean kissing and practicality acting like they were couple >-<

Was in the middle of the song when the girl called me asking me if she had a chance with me... I told her no and explained that I don't thrust her so much like before... She said she was sorry and I spelled out with the song that it was to late to apologize. x3

The funny part is that she has another boyfriend! O.O
But yeah I think the song is very recent! At eats the version with timblanad

I first heard it over the summer when a couple danced to the song on the show "So You Think You Can Dance." I'm very excited that One Republic is coming to a club near me called the 9:30 club, I'm planning on going to see them!

  Timbaland just added like his trademark, in the beat by saying "oh" in the background and up beating it a little.
  One republic agreed to do the track with Timbaland, knowing they would get "known" in the industry.
  I'm not saying they weren't before, I'm just saying, a lot more people know of them now.
  

The song's not at all new now, but I still love it. I first heard it on someone's ring tone (when I was working in a collections office, and couldn't ask the person, "You owe our company X amount of dollars; and what's that awesome song on your ringtone, by the way?!"), and I couldn't understand what the singer was actually saying. So I was online for weeks, frantically trying to track down "It's too late for the drive"!!!

Then when I was driving around with my girlfriend, it came on the radio, and I was finally able to hear the artist's name, and my girlfriend was better able to understand the lyrics and tell me the song title. :oops:

So here I am, months later, still in love with it! There are like four versions of the song that I've come across, but I like the radio edit the very best!

I don't like the official music video for this song. I could never understand why bands would just sit there and play their instruments and sing, like it's a concert. I like music videos with substance, emotion, theme! So I much prefer the home-made video someone else did. It comes up more often in YouTube searches than the official video, so look for it. It's really beautiful, and looks pretty professional.
