So I've just finished watching the Japanese film "premonition" and of course cried like a baby. Only I fell in love with the song in the titles and it being a Japanese film all of the titles were in Japanese and while I can understand the odd word or phrase in Japanese I can't read titles so I have no idea who sang it or what it's called, only that it was absolutely beautiful and I need to know who sang it and what it's called so I can import the CD.

Any help?

We must have seen different movies, since the Japanese film I saw entitled Premonition was a horror film. XD Unless that is the movie you meant? :0

It was about a father who was tapped into the akashic records via a newpaper. His daughter Nana was killed in a car accident and then he started predicting tragic events, until the end of the film where he would up back where it all began and sacrificed his own life to save Nanas.

It was kinda horror, but it was more of a tragedy than a horror by the end.

This site has a list of the songs on the soundtrack in romanji so you can read them. :3 That might help you find the particular one you're looking for (tracks 11-22 are the ones you want, they're for "Yogen" aka Premonition).

I've never used that site, so I'm really not sure. ^^; I would assume you need to make an account there. You could always try searching around elsewhere though. There might be a site that will let you just purchase the MP3 files.

Unfortunately, since the movie isn't that new or popular you might have a hard time finding it. Plus there are a fair amount of unrelated songs called "Premonition" too. =/

yeah, I was trying to search it out myself and kept running into songs called premonition.

I'm going to bet though that the song I want is the last one on that list as the titles only had one song and they're usually at the last of a soundtrack right?

I really don't know. ^^; I have one Japanese soundtrack that's entirely instrumental aside from the first song, one middle song, and the last song. I'm not sure what the usual organization is.

I don't have a Japanese soundtrack. In fact I mainly have Disney soundtracks and they don't actually have much order to them. All the lyric songs go first kinda in order, then all the instrumentals and then the bonus.
