Pretty much every piano rendition from any Final Fantasy game. I've got everything from IV through X2 in original and piano form.
Also, "No More No" from the No More Heroes 2 OST is one of my favorite songs ever.

All the music in Nier was amazing, I especially like all the versions of the Song of the Ancients.

@ Treehome: Agreed with you on the No More No. That's the ending theme right?

Every single aeon hymn from FFX. Especially Valefors and Bahamuts. Also, "One Winged Angel", for none other than Sephiroth himself. Other than that, I also love the Cataclysm theme for a Night Elf zone( can't remember at the moment) for World of Warcraft.

For anime, I'd go with Nausicaa's little "La La La" song in the movie.

And I don't know if it counts, but the music you can listen on the in-game radio in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. What can I say, I love the oldies!

I thought the Assassin's Creed soundtracks were pretty awesome. Final Fantasy is, of course, a favorite. And one of my favorite OSTs of all time is for Howl's Moving Castle. It's just fantastic.

I agree with woofie, Howl's Moving Castle's OST is beautiful~ The soundtracks for a lot of Miyazaki movies are beautiful actually.

I also love the majority of the Final Fantasy franchises ost's. The majority of my favorites come from a VII spinoff though, the prequel Crisis Core. The Price of Freedom is my all time favorite OST. i also really like suteki da ne and waltz for the moon.

As for anime, I love the character songs that came out of Uta no Prince sama. But the OSTs for Shingeki no Kyojin are absolutely amazing.

I like some Sailor Moon OST, Princess Tutu "O"ST, Madoka Magica OST, Fairy Tail OST, The Legend of Zelda OST, Sonic and the Black Knight OST, Sonic Heroes OST, and Voodoo Vince OST. I'm probably missing a few.
Anyways, I like lots of video game and anime music.

Some of my all time favourites are the music that plays on the original Pokemon games when you're on Route 3, i think, between Pallet Town and Viridian City, and the night and day tracks that are played in the 'Gear Savannah' section of the original Digimon game for PS1...I forget what it's called now.
