Uh... I know there's a few pages and browser extensions. But none that are really actually good at it that I know of (or I think that handle .act files).

I wish zamzar did .act files, they do almost everything else. I have a Jodix thing I DLed that turns .wma files into mp3s, but it doesn't do .act either.
