My favorite band is the Arctic Monkeys. After so many years of trying to see them in concert I was finally able to get tickets to their show on October 18. It was awesome. :)

Anyone else a big fan?

I have their first album and find myself listening to it quite a bit. I haven't heard anything new from them though. I'm just kind of bummed tha the only song they play on the radio here is "I bet that you look good on the dance floor".

That's true. I didn't even hear about them from US radio since it's kind of useless for British talent. If it isn't Britney Spears or whatever it's hard to get play time.

I heard of them from a member of another band then heard them on a Canadian/US station so I had to check them out. Glad I did too.

I adore them. "Crying Lightning" is my favorite song by them.

I heard their remake of "Baby I'm Yours" and I instantly fell in love. Their music is exactly what I enjoy listening to.

I'm a fan of the Arctic Monkeys! I was wanting to see them in Glasgow in the 8th of this month, but I already had tickets to see Tinie Tempah and Professor Green so I couldn't really afford the travel and the time off college (especially so close to NAB season ) so I had to make do without seeing them.

I prefer their older music to the new if I'm perfectly honest though. Brainstorm is probably my favourite song of theirs. (:

Not particularly a fan of their new album, though I've only listened to bits of it anyway.

But their older stuff is awesome!

Also - if you like Arctic Monkeys, I'd suggest you listen to the Last Shadowpuppets (Alex Turner from Arctic Monkeys is actually in LS)... Also, Everything Everything is another awesome band. A bit more abstract, but I feel their style is still close enough to the vein of what Arctic Monkeys embodies, so... Yeah. Check 'em out too!

Before this year, I've listened to a few of their songs and liked them, but I only started avidly listening to them when AM came out. It's such a great record. So I went back to the albums that I've previously heard songs from and listened to the full albums and they're pretty much all great. I'm really excited to seem them February 8th with one of my closest friends. They're an incredible band.

I really like the Arctic Monkeys, I'd love to see them live one day. They're playing at T In The Park next year but I'd prefer to see them in concert rather than at a festival. I really like their new music, though my all time favourite will always be Brianstorm.

The arctic monkeys are amazing! I recently discovered them on the alternative channel on direct TV and am now addicted. I have listened to so many of their songs.Fluorescent Adolescent is my favourite song and I have memorized all the lyrics.
