I'm going to start a continuation story. I will start it and release a new part every day. Hope you all enjoy it.
Randomness and Love Equal You and Me
With Love From Tay
It was Friday, and my whole day was out of place. First I sat at the lunch table I had sat at for my first and second year at Sakaoji High, and something had been different this year. Girls. They had taken over the table as their own, apparently, and as soon as they saw me sitting there they gave me a one way ticket to lunch room Hell. They laughed like little hyenas as I left the lunch room covered in sweet bean paste, and rice that they had “accidently” dropped on me.
Coming to school a week later then all the rest of the students automatically gave people a reason to take over my schedule, and all the teachers assumed I was a slacker. I sluggishly made my way to fifth period. “Tay!” I knew the voice right away. Ami skipped down the hall and took her place next to me. Well, at least that one thing stayed the same. My best friend since elementary school, whom I walked to class with as long as we were in the same building. “I heard what happened. How are you doing? Ami was beginning to get worried about you.” She frowned up at me, and I managed a small grin.
“I’m fine. It’s not all that big of a deal. I’m just glad to be back here.”
“Ami is glad you are back too. She missed you.” Ami smiled now, feeling a little more relieved. Ami was always more beautiful when she smiled. She was actually very cute, but she didn’t really care much for relationships. And she valued our friendship. She is one of the only people who accept me for who I am.
I’m not exactly good looking, and I’m not very approachable either. I tend to avoid drama, and I like to keep my grades up. I can talk to Ami, but I’ve known her forever so it’s easy to show her my feelings. I prefer not to let my emotions show, because it makes me feel open.
We made it to my classroom, and Ami waved goodbye and ran off to her class down the hall. As I walked in, I noticed another thing different. The only empty seat left was in front of the window. I had always sat in the back corner, and now I was forced to sit in a distracting place, where everyone could look in and see me, and where the sun could shine off my papers and make it hard to work. I would just have to deal with it for now.
The teacher stepped in just as I was sitting down, and wrote down a name on the board. “Today, students, we will be getting a new student who just transferred in from another school. Please welcome Suzuna Yasahito. She will be with us for awhile.
I gulped as I noticed the only empty seat was directly next to mine. The teacher pointed and told her to sit there, and I pulled my eyes away from her direction and stared out the window. She plopped down in her seat, and giggled cheerfully. “Hi! What’s your name? I guess we’ll be sitting by each other from now on!”
I swallowed hard, and turned slowly towards her again. “I… I am Tazuro Misahiro. You can call me Tay.”
