My Collection of Stories

Okay this is where I will be posting a lot of my stories. I will post my first story here with a description on the top.

-----------------------------------------------

DESCRIPTION FOR STORY1: This story is being based on my real life and some made up. This is only the first chapter, so if you want to see the second, just ask, and I will be glad to post it on here or PM it to you, or whatever. I am only on the second chapter because I am still brainstormin ideas for the third. I have not even began thinking of a name for the book I am writing, but you can give me feedback on this chapter.

Chapter 1

He stepped over the rock that was sitting a foot above the ground; I looked at him with grace in my eyes. We continued walked through the woods which happened to be the calmest place to spend time together. The forest was like a getaway from reality where we could just hang out and be alone. The trees hoovering above us like giants, the bright green leaves shining down above us, and the sun lit happily in the sky. It was so peaceful here, and nobody but us could ruin it. We moved fifteen feet away from the foot high rock to the edge where the water-streaming creek met the warm soft earth. The creek was flowing so silently around us, the water so clear that you could cup it in the palm of your hand and sip it.
"It's a very clear day," he said.
"I know, a perfect day for a hike in the forest." I looked up at him smiling; his brown eyes glowed into mine.
We continued walking, crossing the creek to get to the other side of the woods. We leaped from one rock that was sticking out of the water to the next. The creek was only four feet wide, so it didn’t take us to long to get across it. When I was on my last rock ready to jump to the edge, I slipped off the rock and fell ito the flowing creek.
"Are you okay?" he asked while putting his arm and hand out ready to help me up to the top again.
I giggled, "yes I am. I am so clumsy." We both started laughing. I reached my arm out towards his and grabbed his hand. He pulled up with his strong arms, and I stood underneath the rocks that were sitting in the creek. My feet were flowing in the foot-high water of the creek. I could feel the cold water seaping into my sneakers and through my socks. My toes felt like I just got done with a two mile jog, all sweaty and nasty.
I continued walking through the water to the forest floor. We climbed up a small rocky hill filled with grass all around. When we got to the top, it was the most beautiful site in the world. He took my arm and pulled me over to a flat rock laying on top of the hill. Below us was trees of the most amazing greens, birds fluttered above our heads, and the sky lay ahead blue as the water was intended to be on a clear day. The sun was just vertical to our faces as we sat down on the rock together. It was seven in the evening, and I knew why he brought me here. The sun sat in the sky directly in front of me ready to fall down past our level of viewing, so the moon could take its turn of showing its facing in the sky.
He moved closer to me and began saying, "it’s really pretty up here." I looked at him, "Do you like it?
"Yes, I love it! It’s beautiful. Thanks for bringing me here." I smiled while looking at him. We found each other staring into each others eyes. Like in a movie, we looked like a couple about to kiss, but the kissing part never even happened; we have these intimate moments with each other, but nothing has happened yet.
He took his hand away from me and reached into his pocket. We pulled out his camera, turned it on, and held it up with his right arm waiting for me to look up so we could take a picture. He hit the button that magically took the picture instantly. He brought his hand down when he was sure the picture had been taken. He viewed it, and I looked at it. "That’s a nice picture," I said.
"Yes it is. I will put it online tonight," he told me. Ryan is a great guy I thought, but is still the most confusing person in my life. Ryan and I have been friends since the first grade and now we are seniors in high school. He has short, brown hair, handsome, brown eyes, and has a really tan skin tone all year around even without the sun. I myself have brown hair that has been dyed more than once in my life, blue eyes, and a light to medium beige skin tone. We have been in school together for as long as we knew each other, he is my neighbor, and hangs out with me all the time. We live in a little rich community in very nice houses. Our families got along for the most part, but rarely ever hung out with each other.
The sun was finally going down and Ryan started yelling. "The sunset is finally coming!"
"You are a dork Ryan." I laughed a little bit and watched the sun while thinking some more.
Ryan watched me, and started talking, "Brittnie, what’s wrong?"
"There’s nothing wrong," I said with the most passionate lie.
"Yeah there is, tell me what you are thinking."
" I am thinking that if you keep talking to me, you are going to miss the amazing sunset." I looked up at the sun, and it was almost down to where visibility of it was so poor. I loved sunsets because I know tomorrow is a new day with a new kind of sun in the sky and a new attitude. As for Ryan, he will never know what I am thinking about behind his back. He will never know the confusion that overwhelms me between us.

We eventually made it back home and went our separate ways after saying goodbye, and there I was, confused again.

DESCRIPTION FOR STORY2: This story I just began writing, but never went any further. I am still thinking of ideas. So perhaps some ideas and feedback for this one.

She picked up the flower with such grace, and it was like the beautiful, purple daisy was floating into the midair lifted by the spiritual air of life. Kaitlyn, an average teenager, loved her life; she admired those that were better than her but felt sorry for those who were worst than her. She believed that life was the most fabulous thing granted to her, and she wasn't going to let anything or anyone get in the way of that.
Silently falling, the flower landed on the ground gently when Kaitlyn let go of the flower. She slowly pulled herself off the ground and stood up with her strength. Standing in the front lawn of her house, Kaitlyn turned her attention to the road which was long, dirty, rigid, and rocky. Rarely did any cars go past her house, so people would say she lived in the middle of nowhere. She turned around and walked towards the house. Kaitlyn pulled her hand out to the doorknob. Kaitlyn heard a loud scream and with any human reaction, she turned her head very fast around so she was looking at the road. She was breathing heavier, taking in more breaths, and started to shake. She waited another minute before trying to open the door and didn't hear another scream, so she grabbed the knob once again and tried turning it.
The doorknob wasn't turning like the house was locked. Kaitlyn began questioning herself under her deep breaths, "how did the door get locked? I wish mom and dad were home." I began walking to the right of the house where the garage sat. "Well the garage door is open, maybe the door inside is unlocked." She walked into the garage towards the door to the house. Upon reaching the door, she put her hand on the knob and began turning it, and the door swung open with a push. When she entered the house, never did Kaitlyn know her life was going to be cut into pieces.

"Hey Josh!" I screamed. "How are you doing?"
"Brit, I don't know where Kaitlyn is at."
"Maybe she is sick."
"She never misses school. And if she was sick, she would've told me this morning before deciding not to go to school. I am really worried."
"Hey, Kaitlyn might be really sick, and slept through the morning without waking up to call and tell you. I'm sure she will have a good explanation for it. I wouldn't worry about it too much. We have one more class, and we will ride the bus to her house."
"Thanks Brit, you are a great friend."
"Now come one Josh, finish your lunch," I giggled.
A tall, tan, skinny man walked over to the table. He had brown hair and eyes. "Hey Brit, what's going on?"
"Hey Dan! I am doing fine." I paused, then began asking, "do you want to go over to Kaitlyn's today with Josh and I after school?"
"Yeah, I would love to do that."
"Great, I'm happy." I looked at Josh and Dan, "let's meet in the front of the school after class lets out."
"Sound great," they both said in unison.
We left the cafeteria and each of us went to our classes.

The bell rang, and the whole school ran out of the building like a mad rush. I guess Fridays really made people anxious to leave, I guess to enjoy the weekend. I walked out to the front of the school building, and waited on the bottom of the staircase for Josh and Dan. After about a minute of waiting, the two boys showed up together. We walked to Kaitlyn's bus which was in front of the school building waiting for all the people to get on. Her bus ride was about twenty minutes long.
When we reached Kaitlyn's house, I forgot that it was in the middle of nowhere. I would hate not being able to live next to anyone. Josh ran off the bus, and ran to the front door. He put his hand on it and tried turning it, but it wouldn't turn. "Dan, I think this door is locked. Brit, try the door in the garage."
I ran around to the right of the house and walked into the carless, open-doored garage. I got to the door and took the knob on it. I turned it and pushed it open. "Hey, Josh, this door is open!" I yelled. Josh came running around the corner and opened the door completely, and ran inside. I waited in the garage, outside of the house, for Dan. Dan came walking into the garage, and he took my hand. We walked inside together, Dan leading the way.
Dan and I stopped, and we saw Josh almost on top of a body that appeared to be Kaitlyn's. "Josh, what are you doing?" Dan asked.
He turned around and stared at us with gallons of tears filling his eyes. He looked sad and angry at the same time, and frankly, I was scared to even look at him. "Now, I know why she wasn't at school. Someone call the police!" He stood up, and I took Josh into my arms while Dan used his cellphone to call 911. I stared down at Kaitlyn's body which was white, full of blood, and cold. She had a knife sticking out of her chest, and I knew this was a cold-blooded murder. I wondered where her parents were. I hoped they weren't dead, too, but their car wasn't even in the garage like it normally was when I came over. I felt the tears flowing from my eyes. Kaitlyn was my best friend, and it just hit me, she was gone forever. I felt the warmth of Josh's watery tears on my shoulder.
Josh, Dan, Kaitlyn, and I were in the high school in the eleventh grade. We have all been good friends since the sixth grade. Josh and Kaitlyn have been dating since eighth grade, and Dan and I have been together since sixth grade. We were all super close, like Dan and Josh were brothers, and Kaitlyn and I were sisters.
Dan ran over to us. "The police are on the way. I wonder how this happened."
"I don't know know Dan. Nobody knows how it did." I cried even harder. Dan took my hand. I let go of Josh as he fell to the ground sobbing right next to his girlfriend and my best friend. Dan took me in his arms and kissed the top of my head since my head rested right over his chest. "Brit," he began but started crying as well. It was like a cryfest in the house, but no one could believe what just happened. I pushed Dan away and walked outside. I sat on the steps outside of the garage and continued sobbing. Dan stayed inside and helped to comfort Josh.
"Ahh!" I heard a really loud scream outside of the house.
"Dan! Dan! Dan, come here!" I yelled.
Dan came running outside of the house. "What's wrong?"
I stood up and looked at him. "There was..." my sentence got split into half.
