So, once I made an idea for a story, but didn't go so well. Again I have thought for a new idea. & please, tell me what you think about it. I wanted to write a book for I love writing (though I have to admit that my quality sucks) & have a great desire.

So here's my idea:

This is a story about two friends at high school. They bother are really good sports players and are greatly admired. But one day, when they were on the road, they got an accident. Since t was late night no one noticed, & the man who caused the accident slowly took off, without attracting anything.

The two of them get up later, & they get up, covered with blood home. But, when they get up, their bodies - injured & hurting remove like a potato peal. Or else, in other words, it is their soul which is parting with the body, & they become into ghosts, as they realize later. They see their own body on the ground, & they a perfect copy of that, but the only thing is that they were transparent, & not visible to human eyes.

Then another ghost take them to a world called --- , where they learn about theirselves & all, & their lives at the new world. this story is also about how they spend the rest of their lives.

I'm going to write them in first person (choosing one of the friends), so that it will be more detailed. What do you think?

It's a good starting idea, but you're going to have to tweak it a little. Try adding a couple plot twists and a sub plot (something else that's going on in thier "lives" that affect them). I like it! Keep it up! And if you ever need help with ideas or you just want to discuss something, just pm me. :)

I agree with 1snic1. There are a lot of stories that start off with "they died and then...," but that's just a starting point. It's hard to see where the story would go from here aside from your take of the afterlife. Adding a deeper plot/conflict with a few twists would keep the reader entertained. It sounds like a decent start, though. :)
