God On Call {Prose}

Dear World,
I apologize. My name has been taken in vain and used in situations opposed to myself with the claim that it is doing my will. I have to let you know, before I lose all credibility, that the people who claim to do my bidding, more often than do, don't. These people have started wars, fighting about me. Let it be known that this is not my will. A few years ago, there was a guy who was right when he said that I told him what he needed to do. But at the time, people didn't believe him, and killed him before he reached middle-aged. But he was the only one I talked to. So, listen to him. A few times, people have said that he has returned, and they are he, but they lied. They just wanted to be popular. Which reminds me - be nice to the kid who sits in the corner and doesn't talk, because he is plotting to kill you and make up for his unpopularity later. I don't mind it when you try to talk to me, because this place is so boring and it gives me something to do, but the connection wires short sometimes, so I can't hear you, and I lost the return address and I can't talk back to you. I used to be able to, but you stopped hearing me when you started to learn how to talk to each other, I guess you got bored, and I put my end away. I think one of my friends took it, because you always talk to me but listen to him.

I kinda liked it. *eyes the kid in the corner*

Hey, thanks <3.
Anything that stuck out for you or did you just like it in general? x3.

Great, i bet you could make a rap song out of that XD
Goes with your name>

poet`s playground 02-13-2007 02:20 AM

  • Rap?
    No, thank you.

At first, I had a little trouble, but I think I understand now. I think I understand your piece...
And I'm beginning to enjoy it.

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 05:21 AM

  • Aw, well that's good :). Thank you for reading and thank you for enjoying it hehe.

jupiter 02-20-2007 05:25 AM

No trouble at all. ^_^
I enjoy the thinking.

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 05:31 AM

  • I'm a very politically minded person, so that's where my passion comes from most of the time and that's where things end up looking.

jupiter 02-20-2007 05:39 AM

I'm all for politics.
I like the point-of-view of the piece. Rather, the narrator?

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 05:41 AM

  • Hahaha, yes, I see.
You know, I kind of got the idea from Michael Moore.
    XD.
From his book "Dude, Where's My Country?"
Just the perspective though... the words are all mine...
    Or "His" XD.
But I just sort of ran with the idea.

jupiter 02-20-2007 05:43 AM

It's nice.
It could also do with the Bowling for Columbine documentary that he did too.

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 05:44 AM

  • I love that movie, lol.

jupiter 02-20-2007 06:04 AM

I think it was my introduction into politically charged films.

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 06:19 AM

  • Interestingly enough, I haven't really seen many. I'm just a very politically charged person. I mean, once I find the way I feel about certain things, it just all comes.

jupiter 02-20-2007 06:28 AM

Is it politically charged, or just passion?

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 06:30 AM

  • It's both, actually. I'm very passionate in general, I really can't help it, but politics is one of those things that just really gets me going.

jupiter 02-20-2007 06:32 AM

I'm more into the no-vote topics and world issues like genocide.

poet`s playground 02-20-2007 06:15 PM

  • I see... I'm into like, things that can be affected by policy, I'm into civil rights and things that aren't necessarily policy but the way that people think that disgust me...

jupiter 02-22-2007 04:19 AM

Oh gosh, civil rights are a big thing.
Most controversially in other countries.

poet`s playground 02-22-2007 06:29 AM

  • I'm still worried about what's going on here. I think we've got to set a good example for everyone else.
