Fallen Angels

Fallen angels with broken wings,
Eternally damned, so it seems.
Begging for forgiveness everyday,
Wishing their pain would go away.
What did they do to deserve this,
When once their life was so full of bliss?
With blood red tears they cry,
Waiting til forever passes them by.
They were once some of God’s finest,
Now they are searching for hope and guidance.
Fallen angels with broken wings,
Fallen angels with shattered dreams.
Fallen angels are everywhere,
Most don’t even know they’re there.
On the street, near and far,
You and I are who these fallen angels are.

wow. i know you posted this awhile ago, but i just saw it. this is amazing. so pretty. and i love how you point out that fallen angels arent exactly angels, they are people with burdens and may have had bad things happen to them. this is amazing!!!
