I walk on the beach as the sun rise
I notice a girl with sorrow in her eyes
She stands knee high in the ocean
The waves are set in motion
As she plays to the ocean
Her violin so melodic
As she plays her sorrowful tune
The waves begin to swoon
So she picks up her rhythm
To a more joyful tune
The waves crash against her knees
The waves are feeling pleased
The girl is smiling
As she is beguiling
Then she stops her tune
And the waves stop with her too
She stares out at the stilled ocean
I notice the ocean shiver with anticipation
And with a teasing jester
She picks up her tune
And begins to dance
Under the monsoon
And I leave her with her dance
But I turn with one last glance
