False Smile
It's a phase thats all it is
you'll get over it they say
what they can't feel however
is my pain and sorrow

you came in my life
so unexpectedly and tricked me
with your gentle smile. I knew at once
that I loved you

But...one day you just...
disapeared...I cried...a lot
If I stood out in the rain
screaming your name
you still wouldn't come back

Now I protect myself
from being hurt
Never again to trust
Never again to love

Time flies by
where did it go?
There are two who
truly love me at
least one for sure

Their smiles are
true this time
No hidden lies
No disapearing

They're the best friends I ever had
