Which can be found on poetry.com under my real name. Siobhan Sands. However these people really ripped me off I sent off for a book and it never came I paid for it as well. So my advice is don't get conned into it. They own my poems now and when the copyright expires they can do with them as they wish.


Ask why?

There is an empty wall with nothing on it.
And you wreck your brains and ask why?
There is no answer for the wall is blank.
There is an empty pool with no water in it
And you wreck your brains and ask why?
There is no answer for the pool is empty.
There is a barren desert with no plants.
And you wreck your brains and ask why?
There is no answer for it is just a desert.
You go to the bank to get out your money but there is none there.
You wreck your brains and ask why?
There is an answer. . .

I've been.

I've been to a country were everyone smiles.
I've been to a country were everyone Laughs.
No matter what has happened.
In rain and in snow.
There is always a grin on a face that I know.
I wish I was back there... that country I've been.
To meet agian all the friends I have seen.
To wipe out the misery of this god-forsaken place.
And no longer will I feel that my life's a disgrace.
A patriot no longer to the country I was born.
But to a place of revolution were a new life had dawned.

There is a Light.

There was a light long ago,
That set an example to other lights in the world
It tried its best to stop the wrongs.
And it's best to help the rights,
Of those that tried,
But there is always the dark,
It stops you from thinking,
And makes you hungry for the hatred in the world,
And forces you to see the pain that others go through just for you,
For your food
For your clothes,
For your light.
