Sun's Drabbling

Introduction

My main reason for creating this thread, was so that i can nurture my inspiration while writing...Something that i often find lacking.

Topics will most likely be written from my perspective, but i want a few of my OC's to develop more of a personality, so i may use them.

I'm going to start with 10 topics, so as not to daunt myself. If anyone has an idea for a topic they'd like to see me do, feel free to inform me. ^_^

To anyone who's intrested...

I don't want to say I'll limit myself to just 100 words, for when i get going do exactly that, and don't like to cut myself short. But I'll try and contain myself from going really overboard.

Please excuse the lower case letter 'i', for my little finger finds it rather tiresome having to press the key.

Also please forgive my spelling. It's rather bad i'm told.

1. Spring
Chansey

Can you feel it?
Mother Gaea is waking!
Has rolled over in her bed, unseen by our eyes, far beneath the earth's surface in one very exclusive hotel.
Pregnancy has made her tired, lest she has slept through the season we call winter. But now she does wake, giving birth to a new spring!

And with her, all those perennial animals wake, shed their babes with her.
While we cannot see Her ourselves, we can see with our eyes the beauty of the clothes she wears as she dresses.
Time perhaps goes slowly for her, and with each passing day for us, we see more of her fine gown. Even in our gardens, streets, we can see, the new spring wearing in.

2. Smoke

One of those elements we can see, in many forms it comes, and from many spaces.
It is the product of combustion. Is noxious, somewhat mesmerising, i find.
Forms from crags in the Earth, follows fire, and strikes fear based on the shape it takes.

To watch a pyre or forest burn, and observe the smoke as it billows off, snake like, dispersing into the sky.
I'll watch it coil and wriggle from a neighbours chimmny, and find myself staring for a great time.
