Hai
I have more than several characters, and when I drabble, I like to put them around my characters, so I can better define them - or reacquaint myself with them if I haven't been using them enough.

I love criticism/comments/thoughts/etc., as long as it's gentle. Dx -sensitive- I'm not taking/using other peoples' drabble lists, though. I like to come up with my own, so I can connect the character to all the random, spread-out thoughts that I have. Then it's like I'm connecting the character to myself! :0

You can comment in between my works, if you want to! ^^; Please don't be shy. .___. It's lonely here~

Drabblin'
I'm going to start with a list of 32 items. Why 32? Because 32 is my main lucky number~ Why is 32 my lucky number? xD There are thousands of reasons, but this isn't the place to get into them. =x I'm going to use my list until I've applied each item to every character I have - which won't be easy. I have, I believe, at least seven characters. x___x However, there will be exceptions. Some characters would be simply too complicated/too much history/too much background/too much blahblahblahblah with where they live for it all to work properly here. My OCD would go wild about not explaining things fully. <_>;;

Characters <3

MERLOT PROWL
Complete Profile
In short:
Merlot is a 26 year old bomber. After being arrested for the first time, she volunteered herself into The Synthesis Design program. The reward for helping and completing your part was a shortening or ending of your sentence. Naturally, Merlot wanted out - but she was, also, curious about TSD.

Her perfectly functional left eye was replaced by a far better bionic one, which had numerous capabilities. Now free, Prowl has become quite paranoid of being caught again. She currently fights her urges to bomb again - she's not a pyro, she simply loves the energy and ecstasy that comes from a giant explosion - and whenever some giant bombing catastrophe happens elsewhere, she is instantly a suspect of the police.

Note: She talks strangely, so.. when you read what she says/thinks, if it sounds wrong, it's probably just her talking the way she talks.

KYI MOONFEATHER
Her complete profile is under construction, after having been rewritten about sixteen times in total. As the general idea of the character is well-established in my mind, I'm going to refrain from posting anything about her from now. She was my first RP character.

FINCH / DARCIE DELOESSIAN
Finch's complete profile is not exactly what I want to work with. In the RP that I've been using her in, she has evolved into something I'm familiar with - I miss her original self. (Which is not to say I regret developing her character. I don't. It's hard to explain if you're not involved in that RP. <_>)

I have many, many others, but for now I'm going to stick with these~

Character: MERLOT PROWL
Item: #1 PENCILS WRITING
Drabble:

Half-conscious, Merlot relaxed in the far back of a cafe, clumsily sipping from her mug of cocoa, yearning for some whiskey. Her left eye whizzed and clicked as it whirled around to examine everyone closely, curiously. She zoomed in on a man who was writing in a journal - he was very near her table, close enough that she could hear his frantic pencil. Darting across the page, she could practically feel the tip of graphite pressing into the soft paper, laying on top of a thousand other pieces like itself. The man's hand moved quickly, as if the paper would explode if he didn't cover it entirely within eleven seconds.

Merlot's eye twisted away, resting itself upon another man, who was not writing. Rather, he was inspecting his checkbook, and, naturally, this interested Merlot. Careful to not be noticed, Prowl's eye scrolled down the man's body, focused itself on his pocket, and zoomed in. The pocket was quite clearly stuffed, and whatever it was stuffing the man's pocket was stuffed itself.

Such a lazy day, though, she thought to herself, lazy as lazy as true is true.

After no sleep the night before, Merlot didn't have the strength or the energy - physical or otherwise - to bring herself to outwit the man and win his wallet.

Usually, this was no difficult task for her, but the past few days had been horrible. She hadn't scored a single dollar, aside from her street performances, and that wasn't nearly enough.

Her eye turned back to the man writing. The pencil had broken, and the man lay on the table, his head bleeding profusely. In her daze, Merlot had not even noticed what happened. There's something quite wrong with I, true.. as true.

Character: MERLOT PROWL
Item: #9 SWITCHBLADE OPENING
Drabble:

In as little amount of time as possible, Merlot needed to hide. A giant explosion had gone off nearby, and as she exited the library, casually walking down the street... she nearly bumped into a police officer, who was attentively watching the ending touches of the explosion. She had caught her breath, and was about to step away and go in the other direction, when several officers slammed against her.

This brings us to the present.

After getting their rough an' tough hands all over her frail, undernourished arms, they dragged her into an alley and thumped her against the wall. "Where in the hell do you think you're going, Prowl?" The one not holding her down said this. The other two - she was surprised that there were only three of them - gripped her arms uncomfortably and tightly against the wall. The one who spoke was the one she had nearly collided with moments before.

"Last I checked, I wasn't in hell, sir, but my friend Kyi--"

"Shut up."

"Shut what up?"

The officer growled. "I'm tired of your wit." Merlot's face looked a little insulted. That was the best part of getting in to situations like this - making them go around in endless circles. "You tell me now - why? Why do you do this?"

"Do what?"

Clearly, the officer thought she was trying to be witty. Really, she was trying to clarify. It was possible that she had done something, and she wanted to be sure she didn't accidentally go on talking about the wrong thing... Although, last time she checked, she hadn't done anything. She should be in the clear.

Merlot knew he meant the explosion. But she had to be sure, and make herself seem as clueless as possible.

"You know damn well what!" the officer screamed. With extreme haste, he fumbled but eventually swiped out his switchblade, then flicked at the small niche in the blade and it clicked out. He shoved through nothing, bull-headed and red, towards her, the blade pointed for her neck.

"The explosion wasn't me, Officer..." She glanced at his nametag, "Officer Tyley."

Officer Tyley's eyes squinted at her. He jabbed the knife at her neck and she recoiled, trying to cover up the sudden gasp she made involuntarily. "Then who did it, Prowl?"

"I don't know," Merlot babbled, "I don't know, Officer. Check my records. Everyone knows I don't know any other bombers, don't work with any of them. I'm a loner, always have been, always as always, true as true, sir. Only one I work with in this business is one guy, one guy to get the stuff. That's all I need, all I do, otherwise I'm all alone."

The blade jerked closer to her neck, now pressed up against her pale skin. "So you have been working in it again, haven't you?"

"No! No! That's not what I meant--"

"Haha, sure, it wasn't!" Officer Tyley cackled, then took a swipe at her cheek with the switchblade. A jagged cut dribbled blood down the side of her face. Merlot sighed. "You tell me the truth. Now."

"I don't know who did this. The only bomber I know is myself. I have not been working with anyone in a very long time, not since before my arrest, and that person is the only person I know in this bombing business."

Cleaning the blade on his shirt, Officer Tyley grunted, then closed the switchblade. He jerked his head and his lower officers let go of Merlot, and they were off.
