oh, and whoever said Naruto has too many fights and not enough character development, I whole heartedly agree! It's why I ended up liking Bleach over Naruto, though I started them at the same time. In Naruto, I had like one favorite character: Kakashi. And he just wasn't in there enough for me. In Bleach...gosh I like just about everyone (even Orihime!...to an extent). She's annoying like Sakura and Tea (Yugi Oh!), but at least she can actually do something

I have never really fallen in love with a character from a book but I really liked Red from the Voyage of the Jerle Shannara by Terry Brooks. He was a neat character and I had a small crush on him until the book ended and I moved on. I also had a crush on Lestat from The Vampire Chronicles, Stardrifter and Wolfstar from The Wayfarer Redemeption(AH-mazing series), and Cole from The Troy Game.

i think everybody falls at least alittle in love with charcters from every book they read

I'm so happy someone mentioned Lestat! He is completely amazing, I think, when it comes to vampire characters. Or Dracula. But I typically don't like vampire books. So I guess my most loved characters would have to be Mr.Darcy, who was WAY more attractive in the book Pride & Prejudice & Zombies (I suggest reading this to an extreme if you're into comedy or zombie genre books), and John Logan, who is an Iris Johansen character in several different books but I like him best in the story The Search.

Hmm. I think the first character I fell in love with was Strider/Aragorn from the Lord of the Rings.

After that it was mostly anime characters, though I sometimes fall a little bit in love with the male lead in most Nora Roberts stories.

Right now I'm in love with my own character, though. :)

thats easy, Sesshourmaru(sp? I get his name wrong all the time lol) I LOVE HIM!! I would most likey marry him if he was real. And yes, Edward Cullen(the one in the book) I just this Robert is ugly... hes not cute lol

Second comes George Cooper from the Tortall Series by Tamora Pierce tied with Tasselhoff Burrfoot from Dragonlance. I have this unfailing love for rogues!!!

I have fallen in love with many book characters in my life time and some weren't even human. ROFL I was in love with The Black and Flame from the Black Stallion and the Island Stallion stories when I was fourteen I really wanted a horse so badly. I think I am probalyb Irrevokably in love with Lazarus Long from Robert Heinlein's books. And I am in love with Vash the Stampede and Kenshin from Trigun and Rouroin Kenshin.

Hmm...in an actual novel, that would have to be Nawat from "Trickster's Choice"...I love that little crow...
And then, of course, like many Otaku...I have various manga-crushes, primarily Agito from "Air Gear", Toshiro Hitsugaya from "Bleach", and...lmao Jigen from "Lupin III" (don't ask)...
But yeah, it's easy to fall in love with fictional characters.

I totally forgot Richard from the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. But I also fell in love with Warren from that series.

Yep. I have to admit that I have fallen in love with how a author portrayed a character. Does this mean that I went around wishing that my boyfriend was them? No.

However. I will admit that I loved the character Seth and Keenan from Wicked Lovely.

Hmm, my first book love? I would have to say Simon Grace from the Spiderwick series, I read those a LONG time ago and Simon was my favorite character. At the moment i'm in love with a silver shining ( not kidding ) character called Jay from The Interworld by Neil Gaiman. XD


As for manga, I guess my first crush was Neuro from Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, I duuno why, I just really loved him. :P the other ones that I fan girl over are Grell and Viral, and Lupin. XD

As for comic book characters...err i've always liked Carnage but not in a crush sort of way, just thought he was cool. my crushes are Batman, Deadpool ( who doesn't love him? ) and Spiderman...and lets not forget Ironman. XD

Speaking of Howl's Moving Castle...Oddly enough, I love the Howl in the movie but in the book I think of him more as a stupid brother. XD
