What is the last book you took out/read from the library?
I accidently stumbled upon A Million Little Pieces by James Frey (very good despite it's controversy).
And my next planned book to take out is The Catcher in the Rye.
And my local library just came out with this shelf of books called the 'Harvard Classics' which I'm really excited to check out.
What are your library finds?

*shame* My library card expired years ago and I don't know where it is now.
Although I did check out a Paul Auster book with my sister's card last month.

I found the first book of the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs randomly on shelf, and checked it out. I then found out it was a sister series to another series(which was necessary to read to make the book make sense), and checked the first book out of that series. :). It was a good read, and I know now that I'll be checking out the rest of the series pretty soon. :).
I find nearly all of the books that I read through browsing through the shelves at my library- I only find them on my own every so often. XD.

The most recent book I checked out at the library was one called Bad Kitty, i'm about halfway through it, and so far it's really good. Despite it's name, it doesn't have much to do with cats...

I tend to check out a lot at one time. The last time I went to the library, I checked out eleven books :P I returned a few though so I have about four left. Among the four, I'm currently rereading the book On Fortune's Wheel, two others are Candy Darling's or something like that, Echo, and I dont' seem to recall the fourth book's title.

My last unintentional find was So Yesterday by Scott Westerfeld. It's one of those books that makes it so that you never look at the world the same way again. And when you start giggling because an economics professor used the word 'innovator' in a sentence, you know you've been infected by it.

The Alice series. I think I missed several books, but who knows? In the first one I read, she was in first grade. Then I read one where she was in fifth. Then six or seventh, then ninth or tenth. I'm at the high school books now. The one I just found at the library a little while ago is Including Alice. Alice is incredibly realistic. Sometimes, you get in a situation and you think, "What would Alice do?"

My last library find was Invisible Monsters: A Novel by Chuck Palahniuk. I've been a long-time fan of Chuck Palahniuk, so I wasn't really surprised to enjoy this book. He's one of my favorite writers, and has a great collection of novels, if you don't mind really mature themes and a bit of gross-out dark humor.

I was in my school library one day and decided to randomly read from a random book while waiting for my friends. I don't remember the author, but the book was called something along the lines of The Facts Speak For Themselves. It irritated me because there weren't any quotation marks. That doesn't always bother me, but it did that time. I don't know why. >.>

The last books I checked out was Dances With Wolves and a book called The Stone Carnation.
I really liked Dances With Wolves. I shall have to make a trip to the closest book store and get a copy of the book. The Stone Carnation was good to. I don't know where you would categorize this book. It had murder/attempted murder, romance, and ghosts. Mostly ghosts and murder/attempted murder. XD, I really need to quit reading these kinds of books, me and my overactive imagination. Well, it might help if I don't read them at night. x3

The last book I checked out from the library was Dragonhaven by Robin McKinley. It was a good book, but the ending just never seemed to come.

I picked up "the good fairies of new york" by Martin Millar because it had an introduction by Neil Gaiman, and i thought surely, if he enjoyed it, so would I. It wasn't as great as i thought it would be though, none of the characters were very likable.
