The Know-It-All : One man's humble quest to become the smartest person in the world.
By A. J. Jacobs

Has anyone read this book? I'm usually a romance fan, but classy comedy can win me over anytime, which is what I found in the above mentioned book.

Although I wouldn't call it a memoir, its basically the telling of the authors experience while reading the Encyclopedia Britannica from A to Z.

Its amazingly hilarious and insightful, plus its packed with little odd tidbits from the encyclopedia!

I guess no one's read the book?

It is hilarious. And you learn very weird little tidbits ... like a snale with five buttonholes.

It a very cute book, because not only is it odd, its also very truthful. As he tells us about what he's read in the encyclopedia, he's also telling us about his life. The struggles between him and his dad, his and his wife's dire need to procreate, and how the encyclopedia has changed his life.

It makes me want to read the rest of his books.
