Has anyone read The End of Mr Y?

The book itself is by Scarlett Thomas, and deals with thought experiments, or experiments of the mind.

I've been thinking about this a lot, and it had me thinking about certain things.
First of all, for the better half of the book, the narrator portrays herself as quite normal, but had a terrible life. But she says it like its fact and without much emotion in it, which doesn't bring much attention to it.

And the recipe is given for the tincture that was taken, making me wonder if it's a book about a book about a book.

Yes.

Basically, you're reading a book about someone, who read a book about someone, who wrote the book about himself. O.o

I just finished it and I must say, I really enjoy how the writer ended it. I didn't expect it to end like this, I was expecting it to end poorly. But she ended it perfectly.

I've read it :)
I quite liked it, but I don't like the main character.
It make me want to be an astrophysicist for a while...all that stuff mixing physics with philosophy.
