has anyone heard of the circle trilogy by ted dekker?

I have never heard of it before, Im always looking for a good series. Its hard for me to find a book that I completely love. Lots that I like though. ^_^

I'm readiing it.. well i was... I got to the second book and it started to get a little bit ridiculous.. i'm still trying to read it because i enjoyed the first book but i am not quite sure about it right now...

i thought it was kind of ironic that their god is like GOd... and he abandons you as soon as something bad happens... at first i thought that their god Elyon, was great.. you know the way he would play with them and you could actually go talk to him and he would split the world in half so you could have fun in the middle XD he was great but in the end he's just like god and abandoned them to the bats when tanis was stupid :(

I loved this series, yet hated it. I loved it 'cause it is a great book. But I hate the whole "christian" thing about it. It's like Narnia, there is a certain character in teh story who resembles Jesus in the way he is or whatever, so they make it a "christian" book. And by the way Sindima, God doesn't abandon you, you abandon Him. In some cases you lose your faith in Him and he basically says if you stop being with me, I'm gonna stop being with you. Or if you are having hard time, don't lose faith. God may be testing your faith, like Job in the Bible. Oops, sorry there. Hope I didn't offend you or something, but hope that maybe helped you understand Him a bit more..
But Ted Dekker is amazing! I also read his book Kiss. I recommend it too.
I admit, this series is kind of ridiculous, but it gets better by the third book. Still ridiculous, but you like the book anways. And they just came out with a 4th book!!!! It's kind of like an epilouge book. I want to read it....

no you didnt offend me i love ted dekker... my favorite is skin. although i never finished it. has anyone seen the movie he made with frank peretti? its titled House

I've read the first book in the series, My boyfriend had it and I picked it up one day while he was playing a game and I was bored. I loved it! The storyline kept me going, and I really want to read the rest of them, but I haven't gotten ahold of them yet. Maybe I'll check the library for them.

ted dekker is amazing! my favorite is the circle and paradise books but Skin was great too. i acctualy just finished it yesterday :)

i have the trilogy in my hands all bound in one book..... but i just cant seem to find the time to read it now..... boo hoo
