Hmm...well, theres Women Of The Other World by Kelly Armstrong. It comes in a series. Its about werewolves (well, the one I had the chance to read.)

Hyperion. It's more Science Fiction Fantasy. It's one that you need to chip away at.

The 'Wicked" series is fking awesome. It mae me cry BUT it's based on a lot of witch craft. Even Night world has a story of two about wtiches and Craft.

I love The Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare. It's amazing. There's a bit of romance, action, fantasy and it has a good plot too. It revolves around teens, and shadow hunters (demon hunters), its definitely, no argument, my favorite book series of all times.If you haven't read it yet, you should give it a try, its really good!
Of course, there's Harry Potter, not even bothering with that since anyone who claims to read books should at least have read two of the books.
Fantasy, hm...oh, there's Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr, but thats more for girls, but its still good. There's Inkheart (and the rest of it) which is pretty good too.
