Has anyone heard of the site, Shelfari? It's a place where you can record the books you've read, when you finished them, etc...

I got one a couple months ago. Anyway, you can make your own virtual, "Bookshelf", and I don't think there are any limits to how many books you can have.

Basically, it's a place for book lovers to talk about books, make friends, etc.

If you don't have one, I suggest checking it out. It's pretty neat. Well, I'll wrap this up now. Lol.

I actually just heard about that site yesterday. For some of the books they ask the people who read them to add quotes or first sentence of the book, characters, etc.
I always find best sellers but no one i know about has ever heard of them, now I can see who has read it.
And the shelf you create looks really cool, its a good way to sum up all the books you own or have read.

Shelfari's pretty amazing. I've been on there for almost a year or two now and I love it! Great way to find new books and meet people who love the same books you do. Makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one to obsess about certain series xD

I love Shelfari! My friend, who is amazingly a bigger bookworm than me, showed it to me. I love keeping the bookshelf. I have read so many books I barely remember the titles or whatever. Only if I see it will I remember that I read it. So Shelfari really helps me organize that stuff. Plus I love it when people ask for my recommendations and such. Its fun!!

I had an accout some two or three years ago, but then I simply stopped logging in. Now that you've reminded me, I'll definitely go and check it out once again. Hopefully, it has new features

They do have new features, kiki. =D

I really enjoy my shelfari, though I underutilize it a bit. My username there is "dinska".

I've only put books up there since I've been keeping an active list, which I think was in the summer of 2008. I just am curious to see the progression and choices I make, not necessarily a life list. =D

I heard about the site like a few months ago. I joined right after I heard of it. I don't have everything I've read on it yet. I really need to do that sometime. I did keep track of what I read by writing them down and I started that in 2007. So, I have lists that I can just copy the books onto there. I just don't know the dates of when I finished reading them though.

But it is a nice site. Although, I haven't really been involved in any of it yet though. XD I don't even have any friends on there. But my name on there is the same as on here.
