I recently got into this series and I really love it! At first I thought it was a Harry Potter rip-off with mythology but its really good, its really kept me hooked. XD

Right now I'm working on the Battle of the Labyrinth.

One thing I REALLY like is how in the later books they start bringing in some obscure characters and monsters from some mythology, its awesome to see them thrown into the text. :D

I really like how they're using Kronos was the main villain and the build up through the series of when he's going to rise has been pretty awesome. I can't wait to see him in action in the last book.

Those books are amazing!!I never would have picked it up, but it was a required reading in Grade 8, and I got hooked XD I love the sense of humour in them. Do you like Rachel or Annebeth? THe movie was awful though, they didn't follow the book at all D: Kronos is INTENSE, I think you get a taste of him in Battle of the Labrynith, though I couldn't be sure...

those books are so amazing! I saw a few kids reading them so i decided to start reading them at my local library. Next thing i know i have read them all. And did you know that the same author of that series hasa new series coming out? it's kinda the same thing execpt it's based on egypt.

I've never read then but I did just get vol. one of The Heros of Olympus. It's called the Lost Hero and is based in the same place. I haven't read it yet but it seems interesting and if Rick Riordan is as good as you say he is it should be quite a treat.

Has to be one of my fav. book series. I love Greek mythology and reading this made me excited to learn more!
