Cynthia Lord, writer of Rules, lives on the street that intersects with mine, and a little further away the editor of the Hunger Games :D It's so cool, because I loved the Hunger Games, and the editor is just a few blocks away from me! Also, that goes for the author of Rules as well! :D

I have a friend who read The Hunger Games and said it was annoying. I think I'll take it upon his words and say it probably is. Haven't read it and when I saw the cover, not interested. But that's very interesting that you live down blocks from the editors. I'll watch the movie but I won't read it. I have other books I am interested in.

I don't think it's annoying. The beginning is slow, but it winds into a smooth action book :D I'd try it eventually, if I were you!
