I'm currently reading Manic by Terri Cheney. It's a memoir of a woman with manic depression. It's really interesting. My next book will be Swoon by Nina Malkin. :]

Right now I’m reading the Icemark Chronicles, I’m on the second one, Blade of Fire. I REALLY liked the first one and I thought I wouldn’t like the second one as much because of the huge twenty year gap between the two, but so far they’ve explained it fairly well and I don’t really feel like I’ve missed anything.
Also a little bit ago I read Boy Meets Boy and I loved it.
I tried to read Luxe but it didn’t hold my attention at all so I droped that.

Apart from manga, I keep re-reading John Barrowman's autobiographies, as well as the two Torchwood books I have XD I've been so addicted to fanfiction over the past couple of months I can't seem to find it in me to pick up a 'normal' book.

I've started reading Winter Moon. It is a book that has three different stories in it by three different authors about the moon. The authors are Mercedes Lackey (one of my all time favorite authors), Tanith Lee (another favorite), and C. E. Murphy. So far I am about half way through Mercedes Lackey's story and I love it so far.
Very good book and has been really quick and easy to read so far.

After finishing Cujo, I picked up City of Bones.
It's pretty good so far.
I still love Simon, even though he's in the book for the first few chapters only. XD

Book one of Tamora Pierce's Beka Cooper series: Terrier. They're a bit young for me, but I love Tamora Pierce's books! They're so good! I borrowed this one and the second one from a friend, but once I've finished reading them, I'm going to finish reading Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere (I got almost to the end when it turned out my copy was missing two pages! My wonderful sister recently mailed me a copy with all its pages intact).

I've just finished about three books. Now I'm just reading one, but I figure I'll post about all four.

The first is called Peeps, by Scott Westerfeld. He's written multiple books, but his most known series is Uglies. Peeps are vamipires, but not in an ordinary sense. Peeps have a parasite (think of rabies) that makes them strong, and fast. The parasite has learned to survive by turning everything that their host once loved into anamantha (something they have such hatred for, they are literally repelled by it). So for instince, if a person has lived out in the sun all their live, if they love light, when they get infected, they are repelled by sunlight. It's just a new take on vampires, and I thought it was really interesting. Another thing to think about, the parasite is spread through humans by body fluids.

The second, is Vampires. I'm not sure who the auther is, but it's basically just a recollection of vampire myths and legends. How they came to be, why they seem so attractive. How people in the old days thought people turned to vampires. If you like fantasy, it's a good book, but if not.... Stay away from it.

The third would be Blood and Chocolate. I love this book, it's my favorite. It shows the life of a werewolf, not just in human form, but as a pack too. It shows what it feels like to be both dog and man. Well, woman. The main character is a weregirl named Vivian. She falls in love with a human, but things don't turn out great. It has lots of drama, but still has the fantasy edge to it.

And last but not least, The Necromancer. I'm reading this one right now. It's the third in a series, The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel. They're really great books, they combine all kinds of myth and fiction. They go to a different character in each chapter, and while some books would be confusing like that, this one is amazing.

I am reading "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand! It's about an architect who doesn't exactly go along with others believe is "right". I'm not the type to read boring books or about architects, so this book is definitely really good! xD It's been a few months but I still haven't finished.. not enough time! >.< ;;

Currently I am reading Rosamund by Bertrice Small. It is a romance novel, and Bertrice Small is one of my favourite authors for this genre. Generally Scotts are involved in these stories,as well as quarrels with the English. This is one book of four for the Friasgate Inheritance. Rosamund Bolton is the first daughter in the book. Very good read if you are a romance novel addict. Before this I read the three books for Border Lords. Very good as well. :vicky:

The Secret Scripture by Sebastian Barry. It's the first book which got me reading in quite a while, though I am being incredibly slow in reading. ^^'

Arania, I've read that book! It was years ago but I remember liking it a lot. <3
