Right now I'm reading the House of Night series, and they're very good. I'm only on four, but as far as I know there are seven with an eighth book coming soon.

Basically, Zoey Redbird becomes marked, which means that she will turn into a vampire. She has to go to a new school for vampires, the House of Night. If she doesn't, she dies. When she get's there, she makes friends quickly, and life is good. But nothing is ever how it seems, and neither are the people. Zoey is the chosen one, who has to stop all the evil going on there. Her goddess has chosen her.

Any way, after that I plan on reading Old Magic. The back descprition looks good, but I don't know anyone who's read it.

I'm currently reading the Fablehaven series and its so good! I just finished the first book and I'm already crazy over this series.

It's kinda of for children but don't let that stop you! I totally didn't see it that way at all, its a fantastic series. It's basically like Spiderwick and Harry Potter combined in a way. Even in just the first book, tons of creatures were involved.

It follows two kids, Kendra and Seth, as the wind up having to stay with their grandparents for a couple of weeks. Their grandpa owns a huge piece of land and is mainly out taking care of it, but the kids have no clue how important his job is. Until they figure out certain secrets about where they are staying and what their grandpa's job really is.

Oh, Weech, that series is sooo good! I love Brandon Mull to death! My favorite character is probebly Seth. I like the trouble makers. The second book was probably my least favorite, but I still loved it. The first was probably the best one, then on the third, it really picks up the story. You should totally stick to the series. It's so fun! :)

I am currently reading Cirque Du Freak: Tunnels of Blood (#3)
So far, it's pretty good. It's a really short book, though so it's going pretty fast. But, it's a good book, so I'll finish the series. :)

I'm reading three books right now. I'm almost done one of them though and will probably be finished one of the others soon since I can't put it down.

Fang - James Patterson
Silver Borne - Patricia Briggs
Runaway Devil - Robtert Remington & Sherri Zickefoose

Runaway Devil is a true crime novel about a twelve year old girl in Medicine Hat, Alberta who killed her entire family. It's like a train wreck; I wanna look away but I can't. I only live a few hours away from that town *shudder*

I'm currently reading Perdido Street Station by China Mieville. It's pretty interesting so far. Sort of steampunkish sci-fi with some mythology mixed in. I'm only on the sixth chapter, but so far it's been really intriguing. I loved the opening prologue for it, so wonderfully written. The descriptions in it are brilliant.

I am currently reading "Must Love Hellhounds." It is a collection of four tales about hellhounds. The stories are by Charlaine Harris, Nalini Singh, Ilona Andrews, and Meljean Brook. Right now I'm on Nalini Singh's story. Already read Charlaine Harris's story.
I really liked it because it was about minor characters in the rest of her books and I really enjoyed reading about them again.

Ffff. I always read a whole bunch of books at once.

The God of Small Things
by Arundhati Roy: about two Indian twins and their horribly depressing lives. Crazy interesting and non-linear and internal monologues.
Warrior Queen
by Alan Gold: The life of Queen Bouddica in novel form.
The Graveyard Book
by Neil Gaiman: Like The Jungle Book but with ghosts. I love Neil Gaiman, he's my favourite author.
Sophie's World
by Jostein Gaarder: My Peruvian aunt insisted that this was a fantastic book and that I just had to read it. But so far I'm just finding it cheesy. Maybe cheesy is a coveted writing style in Norweigan/Peruvian literature.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
by Jane Austen & Seth Grahame-Smith: Just as it's called. C:
El Coronel no tiene quien le escriba
by Gabriel García Márquez: I have no idea what this is about! My Spanish is horrible, and that's why I'm reading it, but all I've managed to unearth is that the colonel ran out of coffee, something about a civil war, and then his wife walked into the kitchen. I can't even figure out what the title means. "The colonel doesn't have who writes to him?" I'm sure this is some common idiom in Spanish BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS. >:U

I'm currently reading this book called the Gods of Amytheon or something like that :d It is about these "immortal" people and apparently they can control magic and are....pretty destructive whenever they use it and let's just say they're about as responsible as a baby - wiping out whole entire civilizations and stuff..... also, there's this suicidal immortal as well XD he's hell-bent on trying to die and had tried everything he could think of in the past 1000 years XD

I'm also reading this fiction anthology called Firebirds Soaring - it's pretty interesting, but some stories at the beginning were a bit boring.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. I wasn't overly looking forward to reading this one, for a reason i can't pinpoint, but the prologue really got me into it. I'm glad because it's actually quite good.

I'm also reading Science of The Discworld 3, Darwins Watch by Terry Pratchett. I've been at it for a long time, but it's pretty heavy stuff in there, that i need to be in a certain mood to be able to read it for very long. A mood that's evading me for the most part. It's interesting all the same though.

I just finished "Stray" by Rachel Vincent today.

Now I am reading . . . .

"Need" By Carrie Jones
"Bitten" By Kelley Armstrong
"Fade" By Lisa McMann
"Uglies" By Scott Westerfeld

ALL AT THE SAME TIME. XD LOL. For real. I'm in about the middle of every single one of those books and keep taking turns reading each of them.
