Well, I've finished "Twilight", however now I'm reading "A Northern Light" with "Of Mice and Men" as well by John Steinbeck for my English class, just started today.

I just finished reading The Rogue Hunter by Lynsay Sands. I'm re-reading a Bella Andre book and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants by Ann Brashares. I'm probably going to start re-reading Sins of the Night. I think that's the title. Val's book in Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark-Hunter series.

I just finished reading The Hobbit and have started The Snow Queen by Mercedes Lackey. It is in the Five Hundred Kingdom series. I'm only a few pages into it so I don't know what I think of it yet.

I just finished the year of secret assignments. It was a pretty interesting book, but the slang threw me off at first, because I didn't realize that the book was set in an Australian high school!

Entirety of the three published Mercy Thompson books finished! Now I get to wait until February for the next one. Luckily, the author seems to publish on a pretty solid yearly basis.

I'm torn, now, because I have to pick up another fantasy and I'm not sure which one to choose. I always read at least three books at a time-- one lent, one school, one me. I could either pick up Stardust or do the responsible jazz and read for school.

I hate "responsible" reading, I really do.

It takes all of the fun out of being a literary rebel.

I'm reading Pride and Prejudice at the moment. I'm kinda surprised how easy it's been to read so far.

I have Cybele's Secret sitting on my pile of books to read! I haven't heard of Well of Shades but I'll go find it!

I'm reading The Merlin Effect by T.A. Barron right now

I've put a pause on every other book with the hopes of finishing Stardust (Neil Gaiman) before the end of the night. After that, I hope to finish Kite Runner by this weekend's finish.

Then I have to read... a lot... more... Research paper! Yay.

I finished Cybele's Secret and definitely recommend it! Well of Shades is the third of a trilogy so find The Dark Mirror first. :3

Okay I'm making myself read something besides Juliet Marillier now although it's very tempting to since I have several of her books on my shelves that I have yet to read.
For now I'll have a go at Jane Eyre.

Yay for Orson Scott Card! Speaker for the Dead doesn't come together with as much fluidity as either Ender's Game or Ender's Shadow, but it's still a very worthwhile read.

As for reading too many books at the same time... Well, for is a stretch, but I've always found three to be an okay medium. :)

Smolder- Jane Lindskold is one of my favorite authors, and that is my favorite book by her! It's one of my all-time best books. I love it soooooooooo much!

I'm reading Cybele's Secret by Juliet Marillier, and it's amazing! It looks like I'm not the only one, either. :P

It's set in the future. It's a little weird.. :-S

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh my reading list has just grown beyond my capability of addressing and I am really, really, really concerned now.

I have three books on marketing to read in addition to a class book and another book which I want to use for "nitty-gritty" evidence in my research paper.

Plus I have to read a hunk of textbook.

Fright! Fright! Fear and Fright! :insane:
