It says that it's the conclusion to the Ender saga. As I'm reading it, I realize that there's another book between this one and Speaker of the Dead which I just finished. I actually remember reading it, but I can't find it in my library. It's called Xenocide.

There are also 3 other books that Card wrote as a part of the Ender series, which are kinda parallel books - the fit inbetween and during some of the actual Ender books. I'm going to read those next.
Speaker for the Dead is my top fave book. You should go talk about it with me in the Card discussion thread. xD I'd be interested to hear what you thought of the last half of the series.

After you finish the Shadow series, you should read Ender In Exile. It fits between Ender's Game and Speaker, filling in some of the gaps there. :)

Hey, Fiarra...I'll do that!

Now I'm on Shadow of the Hegemon.
After that I'll read Shadow Puppets... I have that one also.

I haven't gotten Ender in Exile. I'll have to go look for it in the Scifi Book Club. Hopefully they're still carrying it.

I just finished Flight 4 and 5 today. They really were awesome. Such a great anthology series. I was worried a bit because there were a couple of duds in 2 and 3 but installments 4 and 5 are even better. (A lot of the same contributors, too, they've just stepped up their game.)

In the same sort of mood, I started the book Rumo, by the illustrator Walter Moers, an epic starring the wolperting of the same name. It really is a good time, without spoiling any of it, for anyone. I hope it stays like this through the whole book.

Icecream- Oh, read it soon! It was so good, and I absolutely can't wait for the fourth one!

I'm now in limbo between books. XD Trying to decide whether I should get back into The Alchemyst, start Mister Monday by Garth Nix, or start Thirteen Orphans by Jane Lindskold. I think I'm going to go with Thirteen Orphans.

I just finished Too Few for Drums by R.F. Delderfield. It's a Napoleonic War novel, short but entertaining about a little group of soldiers, led by an ensign, trying to get back to the English, behind enemy lines.

I am sadly a little too into Napoleonic War stuff, so I would like this even if it wasn't a good book. It's not an epic or anything, but an entertaining little book.

The Dalemark Quartet took me a while to read but I really enjoyed it. And I always try to come up with the ending while I'm reading and I really do think I come up with many outcomes but I always seem to miss the one that actually occurs but that's a good thing I suppose in a book.

Well, next up is East by Edith Pattou. I really like the fairy tale so I hope this is a good rendition of it.

Just started reading Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Ought to be good, cuz mum keeps raving about it and I've read a few books by both authors and really enjoyed them.

I've been reading The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I'm on Wolves of the Calla and I have to say that this is my favorite group of books I have ever read-- I wish it had more of a cult following.

Well, I just get so bored by fiction, so I've moved back to some non-fiction, Healthy at 100 by John Robbins. I enjoyed Diet for a New America and May All Be Fed, and this book is usual for his style, so far.

I'm reading Shards of Honor by Lois McMaster Bujold.

It's actually the precursor book to the Vorkosigan series of books. Tells how Miles' parents met and got married.

Well, while I wait for the bus, etc, I've started reading Elizabeth Gilbert's Eat, Pray, Love. Just a couple chapters a day in spare time. (Good use of time, I think. Though I do like daydreaming.)

I love it so far, I really identified with her in the first parts. No, I haven't been divorced, but our relationships/breakups seem to be the same and our attitude toward God does too. I think once she starts world traveling I'll be a little irritated because she seems a bit too milquetoast in background, but I'll be happy to be proved wrong.
