My favorite book is Aliss by Patrick Sénécal (it's in french XD)
It's a story about a girl name Alice. It's like the original story of Alice in Wonderland but it's about real life and murders XD Drugs are everywhere and people kill other people and sex everywhere ....it's really disgusting T3T but i luv the way that the author write it ^^!

Rose Madder by stephen king, about a girl whos police officer husband abuses her and she runs away finding a "magical" place in a painting she gets when she escapes from him and he finds her blah blah
The last two harry potter books, yes i like them all but those two were darn good...previously the 4th was my favorite.
Shoot i cant remember the exact name, but the first book in RA Salvatores "Drow" series with Drizzt Do'Urden(i think thats how you spell his last name)
Aand...thats pretty much it. :) I like plenty of other books too but those are at the top of my "list".

Well, the Harry Potter series will always be near and dear to my heart. I started reading the series when I was very young, around 10, and they were the books that sort of opened up the wonderful world of literature for me. However, I wouldn't say that a Harry Potter book is my favorite book, per se.
If I had to pick a favorite book, it would be The Stranger by Camus. That book means a lot to me, and really opened my eyes and my mind. It is such a lovely read.
But um, I also love The Catcher in the Rye. D: Gosh! This is such a hard question!

Nineteen-Eighty-Four by George Orwell. Super duper totalitarianism. 8D And Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities. Ohh and quite a few of Stephen King's books, like Dreamcatcher.
Children's stories would be Time Stops for No Mouse by Michael Hoeye. It's just so wonderfully... cute? Or maybe quaint.
Y-yeah, I don't read that often. ._. Partly because I'm ESL. I wish I had more time, but between school, volunteering, piano, and Chinese school my time is really limited. I spend that limited free time... going on websites like Menewsha. >A<

As a mother of 2 I am SO Happy to see that there are alot of people out there that read instead of playing video games all the time. Getting my 2 boys to read is like pulling teeth out of the mouth of an angry crockodile. lol  I have read many of the books that have been named here but there were several that sounded quite interesting ,that I wrote down for future library refferance. I just want to say thanks for the new book ideas and for reading.Keep it up.
Blessed Be :D

Let me see... My favorite book has got to be Ender's Game. I found it to be captivating. I loved how detailed the main character's personality was, and how deep the author [Orson Scott Card] went into it. Also I love Ender's Shadow, A parallel story. These books were amazing and I highly recommend them!

My favorite books would have to be from thw Twilight Series. They are fictional, and they have vampires, werewolves, and love triangle. What else could I ask? :o
It had basically all things I want to read. And it's big, so more time to read it and I don't have to go "Awww" when I finish it O.o

Twilight series, of course >.<
anything by Tamora Pierce and Dianna Wynne Jones is awesome, I've read almost everything either of them has written.
I like Fantasy-Romance books. they're great ^_^
I didn't really like Harry Potter, though. too many good people died in that one, people that you were really attached too, and they kinda just died with no significance in the later story.

My favourite books? I generally love a certain author, and go fangirly over all of their books. Particularly L. J. Smith and Holly Black. I haven't read a bad one yet of Black's, but L. J.'s Night World 4: Dark Angel wasn't as good as I expected it to be.
I've yet to read Twilight though. Everyone appears to be raving about it. Though I'm sure I'll like it judging by the plot&genre&etc. I just hope it doesn't turn into another Harry Potter phenomenon.
I also like the Discworld novels and the Darren Shan saga (though of course, I liked the latter a lot when I was a in my early teens, not so much now).

My favourite book would be Twilight, by Stephenie Meyer. Pretty much everyone and their mum has read this book by now but I'll make a short note on why I love it so much :). Frankly, I usually read difficult books with hidden meanings, complicates plots, oddities etc etc, but Twilight was so damn simple. I opened it up and everything was spelled out on the page for me. For any other book, I would hate this but I just loved it in Twilight. Everything right there for me = so easy. Plus, who doesn't like reading about hot vampires?

'Twilight series' is not a book. TWILIGHT is a book. Are you sure it's even your favourite when you don't know what it's called?
