American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I love all his books, but this one is the best in my opinion. The characters are so, I don't want to say lovable, but you feel for them and with them. It also never gets boring. I just re-read it for the, like, fifth time.

GO READ IT!

My fave books/graphic novels/comics/manga are:
* Sky High by Tsutomo Takahashi
* The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende
* 100 Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
* Sandman by Neil Gaiman
* Hellblazer by Jamie Delano and John Ridgway
* Rosario+Vampire by Akihisa Ikeda (I actually don't like the anime, it's not so good as the
manga)
* The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien

I have read a lot in my life, but there are many good writers as well. Next books I want to read, or finish reading, are The Constant Princess by Phillipa Gregory, and Eva Luna, by Isabel Allende.

I don't read that much but here are some that I liked:
To Kill A Mocking Bird
Angels & Demons
The Hachet

And I don't remember what it was called but it was a Canadian book series written like a diary of girls in the 1800s or around there. I would read them all the time at school when I was younger :D

My favorit book is from wolfgang hohlbein, he is a german author and often writes fantasy stories or he writes together with his wife stories for children.
the first book I red from him was "der wandernde wald" this means in english something like "the moving forest". I was seven years old and this book was a fantasy book for adults. My older brother got me this, because he knew that I loved reading books - and so I do today also ^^!!!
And this book was great, it was the first time that I could really see what I was reading. It was so exciting for me, not so boring as all the other books for children. sometimes it was so interesting - before a fight started for example - that I had to close the book and made a break to read it a bit later.
and wow, this is the only book from which I can remember everything what I has red. everything! the persons, the monsters, what happened after and after, the ending. this was the first book of 11 from this story about scar and del.

and this is why wolfgang hohlbein is still my favorite author! since this book I was reading more and more from him and I am still excited, although I now know how his writing style is ^^

My favorite books are currently:
The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins
Pendragon by D.J. MacHale

Those two series are my all time favorite! They're the kind of books that I can't put down after I've picked them up!!

Peeta and Alder are sooooo sweet. :]

Oh gosh.. Favorite books..

*The Night Angel Trilogy - Brent Weeks. They only just came out last Oct, and I love all three of them. After reading them, they quickly became my favorites of all time. He's an amazing author, and I've gotten at least three other people to read them, and they all became big fans of the series.

*The Name of the Wind - Patrick Rothfuss. I'm not even halfway through yet and I love it. Again, another amazing author. My boyfriend let me borrow his copy, and I've been reading it nonstop. It's great.

And I have a lot of other favorites. :] But I'm not gonna bother listing them... It'd take too long. xD

I don't really have a favorite but I love the author Lynsay Sands. I also love Ayn Rand's ANTHEM. Lynsay Sands writes wonderful paranormal romance novels. ANTHEM is about eutopian society gone wrong. It's very short and very well.

I really love the books Indigo Blue, Dizzy, and Scarlette By Cathy Cassidy. They all tell a story about a 12 year old girl and the hard times that they go through but at the end they all show light :)

I also prefer any book by V.C. Andrews. They are older books, being that the actual V.C. died in the eighties I think. BUt htere is a ghost writer that has been writing books based off of her notebooks. What I love about them is that in each series, the events and actions of one person can affect an entire family for generations. Each series, then, revolves around a particular family. The exception being "My Sweet Audrina". I wil say this, if anyone is interested I would recommend it for older teens-some nasty things occur.

My favorite book is Twilight (by Stephanie Mayer if you have somehow gone this long without figuring that out, if so I aplaud you, that is quite a feat.)

The other books in the series are good to but not quite as good.

My Favorite Books are by Sherwood Smith. I started out reading her young adult fiction The Adventures of Wren and the Court Duel. I still read her young adult even as an adult but I've also recently discovered the Indra series. Its by far my favorite since CS Lewis' Chronicles of Narnia and Tamora Peirce's Song of the Lioness. (All Three are my absolute favs!

"The Name of the Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss! I cannot begin to describe how phenomenal this book is to me. It's a tale of love and loss triumph and despair, it's everything I could ever ask for from the fantasy world! A not-so-dark tale from a cynical bartender with a secret past. *Goosebumps*

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. The original penny dreadfuls, they do get wordy and are a bit more complicated than the musical and/or film, but still really creepy/wonderful.

Ok I don't really know authors but I love:

The Host. I know that ones by Stephenie Mayer. Yes yes the one who wrote the twilight series, but its way better then the twilight!

I also like Th Named, The Dark, and The Key. Those are all by the same author.

I like Judy Bloom too even though her books are for little kids.

I LOVE The Snow Garden by Christopher Rice!! I want to read light before day, but I can't find it anywhere. The Snow Garden is rather morbid, and if you have a problem with gays don't read it.

Of coarse theres Tamora Pierce, author of many books that I love. She has written a lot of books. I haven't read them all, but everyone I have read I totally loved!!

Lastly there is On Barrowed Wings. which is REALLY good its all about a girl that lives back in the 1800's I think and wants to go to collage, so she takes up the identity of her dead brother and goes to Harvard. Of coarse she ends up falling for a boy and all that good stuff.

THE END =3

Hmmmm..... That's a toughie, Stormy loves to read......

If I had to choose, Probably the Darren Shan Saga, the Eragon Inheritance, The fire within trilogy, and the Inkheart Trilogy.

I'm also into a bunch of online web-comics, including Dominic Deegan, and countless webcomics on Smackjeeves.com, most prominently Paradox, Rock Paper Scissors, Rights of Spring, and Resonance.

It hasn't come out yet, but I am quite looking forward to reading Frankie Boyle's autobiography. He had had an interesting life and has a VERY interesting world view. Actually an eleven year equated him with Davros, the creator of the Daleks in Doctor Who, that's how dark he is. I think I will become a favourite book of mine.

I'd have to say my favorite books would have to be:
The color of my words By Lynn Joseph.
This book was really good, brought tears to my eyes.
A place to call home, not sure who the author but the book is really good to read.

Srry to all you Twilight lovers....buut...I really think that the Twilight series is gay. . . . srry, that's just my opinion. Oh! And yes, I may be a n00b for reading them, but I simply LOVE the Warriors series by Erin Hunter.
