Hehe, yeah there are two ways to list the events. Based on the main story and or based on the opening. xD Cause then a story changes if you go by the opening. xD
Well can't be helped
When the book or the series for a character is over, the character is well over XP

13 ) Marlfox
While on a long journey through Mossflower woods, Janglur Swifteye, the warrior squirrel, and his family have made camp to rest for the night. Songbreeze, Janglur's daughter, is speaking quietly with her father. Suddenly, Janglur pauses, unmoving, and cautions Song to be silent.....

Thinking Janglur unaware of their presence, two Marlfoxes named Vannan and Ascrod ready their battle axes and stealthily approach the family of squirrels. Although Janglur is a seasoned warrior, he and his family are in extreme danger. Marlfoxes have the ability to disappear from sight. After all, Marlfoxes are magic!

At the same time elsewhere in the woods, the Wandering Noonvale Companions Troupe is practicing one of its many entertaining acts. Dwopple, a mischevious mousebabe, nephew of Deesum, one of the performers, is firing slingstones at Florian Dugglewoof Wilffachop, the hare leader of the Troupe. As alway, Deesum, defends Dwopple resolutely, unaware of his scampish ways.

Later, as Dwopple toddles off toward the woods with his bowl of a meagre broth consisting of shriveled apples, stale rye bread, and dandelion stalks, two Marlfoxes emerge from the woods. They pretend to befriend the Troupe, but their poor manners soon shows them for what they are. Conflict breaks out -- but as soon as the entertainers take their eyes off the devious duo, they have disappeared into thin air. And where is Dwopple?

At the abbey creatures are toiling under the hot sun to bring buckets of water from the abbey pond, to save the orchards from the long-lasting drought. They are unaware that the peace will soon be shattered. They are unaware of the trouble fast coming their way. And, Redwall Abbey is without Abbot or Abbess, or even an Abbey Champion.....

14 ) The Taggerung
Sawney watched as the Seer painted the clan sign on the sleeping infant's face. A black stripe flanked by red dots, with a small added lightning flash of blue on his left cheek, to denote that he was no ordinary creature. The little one slept through it all. Sawney lay down beside him, sharing the cloak. Grissoul had never seen the ferret Chieftain show tenderness toward any living being, so she was astonished when Sawney spoke gently to the babe. "Zann Juskarath Taggerung. My son... the Taggerung!"

In the fourteenth Redwall novel by New York Times-bestselling author Brian Jacques, the clan of Sawney Rath kidnaps one of Redwall's own-a baby otter, who they believe is destined to become their Taggerung, the warrior hero of ancient legend. But as the young Taggerung grows, he rebels against his destiny and goes off in search of the place where he was born-a home he can barely remember. As Tagg journeys to distant lands, a member of Sawney's clan is close on his heels, out to destroy the deserter and to claim his own title as the new Taggerung. But Tagg finds a sure friend along the way, a feisty little mouse named Nimbalo. Can this rugged warrior help Tagg stave off the vermin, and find his way back to Redwall and to the family who lost him long ago?

15 ) Triss

Enslaved by the evil ferret King Agarnu of Riftgard, and his cruel daughter, Kurda, the brave squirrelmaid Triss plans a daring escape by sea.

At the same time, far away in Salamandastron, three young companions sail away from their mountain home too, but for a very different reason - they are seeking adventure.

Meanwhile, in Mossflower Woods, a pair of wandering Dibbuns accidentally discover the long-lost entrance to Brockhall, the most legendary home of the Badger Lords.

The three groups of travellers are drawn together by fate, when Triss comes to Redwall, and the inhabitants of the abbey find that they have a new champion - someone brave enough to carry the sword of Martin the Warrior and face the evil that threatens them all.

In this, the fifteenth novel in the Redwall epic, Brian Jacques once again looks to the history of the sword of Martin the Warrior for his adventure, and introduces a new and unforgettable heroine.

16 ) Loamhedge
Loamhedge, the deserted Abbey, forgotten for countless seasons. What secrets do its ruins hold?

Martha Braebuck, a young hare-maid, wheelchair-bound since infancy, wonders about a mysterious old poem relating to the ancient Abbey. Could it really be the key to her cure? But how could she get to this Loamhedge? As fate has it, two old warriors, travellers returning to Redwall Abbey, are inspired by the spirit of Martin the Warrior to quest for the ancient place - and three young rebels are determined to go with them.

In another part of Mossflower Country, the giant badger Lonna Bowstripe thirsts for vengeance as he relentlessly hunts down the Searat Raga Bol and his murderous crew. He pursues them unto the very gates of Redwall - and finds valiant Abbeybeasts defending their home against the conniving band of marauding vermin!

Riddles, feasting, songs and battle intertwine with the forces of good and evil in this epic saga. Join the heroes in their far-flung mission. Stand on the ramparts with the Abbot and his friends. Face the Foebeast at the Abbey or Redwall. Take the high road to adventure in the search for the hidden secret of Loamhedge! Eulaliiiiiaaaaaaa!

I love the Redwall series! I have read most of the series and own some. I own Redwall, Triss, Marriel of Redwall, and Loamhedge. I love the adventure and the characters. Yay for little animals! I also love Brian Jacques style of writing. It keeps the reader interested and wanting to know what happens next.

I've read every single book, save for the most recent, which a certain present with my name under the Christmas tree looks suspiciously as if it could be such a book 8)

This is for all the Redwall fans out there. Who do you think is the best when they're at their worse? Here are some of my favorites;

1. Shard from Rakkety Tam: Firstly, I love foxes, and the fact that Shard is an arctic fox makes him unqiue. He's also the first villain in the audio books voiced by Brian's son who normally voices protagonists such as Maithais and Martin and so-on. Like all foxes, Shard is clever and knows there are other ways to get what you want other than violence, but Shard has such a smooth attitude about him that it's very impressive.
2. Cluny the Scourge from Redwall: The "first" villain of the series of books. Cluny is perhaps one of the few references to the human world in that he was said to come from Portugal and his voice actor gives him a Spanish accent in the audio book. While most rats are portrayed as stupid and weaklings, Cluny is portrayed as something close to a genius, even if his beniled madness began taking him over half-way through the book. He also seems willing to give his Redwall enemies credit for being able to keep him at bay and recovering from the previous scare he first threw into them. The rat is also able to see through farces and treachery.
3.Captain Tramun "Cuddlefish" Clogg from Martin the Warrior: is probably the first seafarer we see in the Redwall series of books, and spends much of his time in feuds with Badrang the Tyrant. What I find likable about Clogg is that, despite being a villain himself, he seems to be the lesser of two evils and recounts that Badrang used to enjoy mutating butterflies. He is also rare in that he is one of the few "seascum" that genuinely seems to care about his crew and is indignant when he thinks Badrang murdered them.
4. Riggu Felis from High Rhulain: Riggu is one of the few wildcat warlords in the Redwall universe. He apparently liberated other cats from "larger beasts"--this may or may not mean wildcats at one point fought humans--and brought them to Green Isle. Like all wildcats before him, Riggu is rough, tough, and aggressive, but also impressively clever. When he at last captures one of the main protagonists, instead of killing him, Riggu uses him as a barter chip with the outlaw otters. He is also able to detect treachery and betrayl in his son Pitru, but if he were planning on slaying his son for his attempt at taking over, he never gets the chance.
5. Ferhago the Assassin from Salamandastron: Is so far the only weasel who's commanded his own horde. Ferhago is special in two respects; 1. He always shows a calm demenor even if his schemes fail for the moment, and 2. He knew full well that his son Klitch wanted to take over, but stated, "I'll let him live because he's my son", making him one of the few vermin who shows any level of familiar affection.

Put down who your favorite villains from Redwall are.

I loved Redwall. I read them when I was 10 or something. My younger brother is now getting into them. I thought it was so cool when he started to read them. I don't remember much, I don't think I ever read them in order. I usually just got the books that were available from the library.
I do own two of the books. Mattimeo and Mariel of Redwall.
I think my favorite book was The Outcast. Don't remember why though.

I read almost every single book in that series. I was so taken with his character portrayal and those cute little mice with swords~
My favorite might be Mattimeo. But i loved Redwall dearly and still read it from time to time. I loved how Brian Jacques described the feasts and their daily lives. >< He did a really good job with the construction of the books and the approach was top notch. >w<

There are so many more books now!
I have only read martin the warrior and mossflower, as i find them hard to get ahold of, I didn;t know lord borcktree was the first book!
I adore these books, the little world jaques has created is so well thought out down to the detail of the things they eat, allsorts of things found in the hedgerow, I must say when he described the feast my mouth started to water!
Alot of the time when i';m reading them I forget there animals it;s only the rerences to paws and such that remind me. I love the way the mole speaks. [hurr hurr] and the addition of pirates was a great touch! {I love pirates}
