I find her writing style and the character interactions cliche most of the time, but her understanding of human behaviour and our complex relationships is still amazing. I love that dimension of her work.
Unfortunately, I found after reading My Sister's Keeper and Salem Falls, the layout became pretty predictable. :?
I've read the two above, Plain Truth, Keeping Faith, and The Tenth Circle. They're good if you want something to keep you on your toes.
I mean, I threw My Sister's Keeper across the room and refused to pick it up till I'd calmed down after a certain incident. And I got told off for reading it under my desk during Maths.
Ironically, I read Keeping Faith after reading Richard Dawkins The God Delusion, pretty much complete opposites. And having read Julie Gregory's Sickened I was uncomfortably familiar with MBP. I swear Jodi Picoult must have read it sometimes.
So, yeah, basically I think she's brilliant, but you can't read too many of her recent books without some want for variation, unless you're really into law. :D
