I think that book was really good. Dan Brown did a great job! His other books are good too, but The Da Vinci Code is the best. Here we can hold a chat about the book, and how great it really is! :D

It was an extremely well-written book. I was surprised at how much I liked the book. Same thing goes for his other books, too.

I think that there was already a thread on this book, but oh well. I read that book like a week before the movie came out, and finished it in about 2 days. I think that movie wasn't as good as the book, but at least it made sense since I know the plot already. It's amzing that the plot is "coming true" with recent news of finding Jesus's tomb along with his wife and son..
Currently I'm reading Angels and Demons. I heard that it was suppose to be better..?

dbz: It was a really well written book, all of his books are.
Simplixity: I have to read that one still. I've read Deception Point, and I really liked it, so I'll have to go out and find Angels and Demons at the public library if possible...

I actually watched the film before i read it, and i was suprised how much better the book was, i got hooked, like i was smoking. I read and read untill i reached the end, then i was so sad i had finished it....I read it again lwl.
Some times his writing/language got a bit to hard to understand but because i read it twice i understood it better!

Yeah, I might end up buying the book. I bought the movie, and loved it. Though I do have to admit, the book is alot better. :3 It took me about a week to read, mostly because I don't have alot of time to read with work and all the housework I have to do.

I adore that book. I kind of like Angels & Demons better, but The DaVinci Code is definitely well worth the read. I loved reading it - I could barely put it down!

I really enjoyed the book. The evidence that Mr. Brown presented was really well researched and well done. I enjoyed the book for the history and the action. :3

you really should read Angels and Demons. It is as good as the DaVinci Code, in my opinion.
I wonder if they are going to make a movie of Angels and Demons like they did The DaVinci Code.

This book has been sitting on my shelf for over a year, waiting for me to read it. I never manage to muster the interest to actually pick it up and start it.

I thought that it had a lot of self-righteous pretentious bullshit in it, but DAMN. Dan Brown knows how to write a gripping book. His characters were fun, too.

*nods* Yeah, he does know how to write a gripping book. I found it that way with Deception Point. I wasn't able to put that book down either. He makes his books really interesting and full of action :)

Oh, man, Deception Point was great. XD I kind of preferred Angels & Demons, but it was still really good. There's another of his that I started but never got very far in...with the codes...

I really enjoyed reading this book. The whole plotline and characters and everything was well written. It seemed to have caused a lot of controversy however because of the religious comments and whatnot but I don't really think it's a big deal.. o.x

- i enjoyed this book, however not as much as i enjoyed angels and demons. i wasn't really that much interested in the controversial stuff but was more interested in the paintings and history that was shown in angels and demons. however both books were extremely well written. o_o; and he really does write books that don't let you go until you finish it. xD

XDD No, no, no. There's another one of his books that has like one of the government's top code breakers and there's some code that is impossible to break or...something...x_X

Well, I'm not really sure then which book you were talking about. I've only read The De Vinci Code and currently reading Angels and Demons. I must say that it's really awsome, yet a bit gruesome.

i really enjoyed this book.
i don't care if a lot of it is made up or not, it was a great read.
Plus it really sparked an interest in Paganism for me too.
