I like reading in my bed--but I really like reading at lemonjellos. It's fairly quiet, and they play "art music" (mellow and/or sixties things. Think "Beatles", "Simon & Garfunkel". I call it "art music" because it's what we listened to in my old art class all the time). The lighting's good, it's not too noisy, and it's a fun environment. (Plus I can wander to the counter and get tea whenever I like.)

My favorite spot for reading? Easily asked, but a little more difficult for me to answer. Depending on the time of day, I prefer to snuggle into my bed at night, tucked in with an extra pillow against my back and one of my knees, book atop the latter. It's extremely comfortable and soothing; as for during the day, there is this one single couch in my living room that could easily fit three of me that I love to sink into and read in, especially since there is a window right next to it, so during sunny days the sun spills in - I also like to keep the window open for an errant breeze or two.

Snuggled up on a couch, alone in the house, with some familiar music playing to sort of set the mood. ^^
I really wish I could read on the car (and not waste hours and hours doing nothing on car trips xP;; ), but I get carsick so easily.. :(

I'll read pretty much anywhere and every where. I do though love reading outside under a tree when the weather is nice. Also in bed or in the bathtub taking a long soak (this takes practice xD).

I just love to read lying down on my sofa or in my bed. It drives my mom crazy though. I don't know why. o_O; Its not like I'm gonna read any faster if I sit up reading, and besides. Lying down is a lot more comfortable.

My favorite place to read would be anywhere quiet. xD;; I need to be able to concentrate on the book. <3
'Cause when it's in a very interesting point...I really don't like to be interrupted. xD;; But you know. A nice comfortable location wouldn't be too bad either? xD;;<3

I read almost anywhere. Probably the place I read the most is the couch, or sitting on my bed. I always turn a lot because I spent long hours in the same position ^^; I sometimes read on the bathroom too, even if I'm not doing anything there, just reading.... OH, and I read while I eat, if its good I don't want anything to bother me, lol...

I like reading when I'm travelling, like in a car or in planes, or when I'm forced to read in school, then I like sitting in the classroom.

I read anywhere I can sit or lay that happens to be near enough when I'm holding a book. Though I really like to go somewhere where I can curl up out of sight like behind my bed or in my closet. It feels like a comfy little nook :3

I used to read mostly on the subway, but since i've started drawing on the subway, i haven't been able to get around to reading there. Usually i'll read if i'm on a really long trip, like if i'm heading home for the weekend or i'm getting my haircut/dyed. I'll probably end up getting books on tape instead of actually reading. One of my profs does that and he's 'read' a shitload.

I have found this nice little bench on campus near a little waterfall that I like to read by... It is really nice and has a good balance of shade and sun ^^

Usually if someone is looking for me, they look for me in my room first, because that's were I usually spend my time reading. On rare occasions, when it's warm outside, I'll take a blanket out and read outside. But I can only do that for so long before my eyes are killing me from the glare outside.
If I have a really good book to read, I'll take the book with me wherever I'm headed just so I can finish it.
But mostly I like to immerse myself in a book when I'm on my bed, its just more comfortable there. When I read, I read for hours on end. I don't stop until I finish a book, even if it's a long book. I finished the last Harry Potter book in one day. It probably took me about 4 1/2 hours to complete it.

It depends the mood I'm in. I usually will curl up on the sofa and read for hours. Although, once I did find myself reading atop a garbage can. But it didn't really bother me, until I had to get off of it. xD

I can read anywhere. Especially if that book is a really good book, I can get into it really fast. I usually read on my bed though. Sometimes its really fustrating because I can't seem to get into the right position.

- My favorite place to read at this moment is in my beanbag that is in the corner of my room. It's very confy when I use my throw pillows to support my head and back. If that gets uncomfortable I will normally flop onto my bed and read or wander the house to find somewhere that will make me happy.
If I was to read outside I'd sit on our wooden swing while there is a cool breeze and the sun shines bright. Sadly it's been raining a lot so I can't do that.

I like reading upside down. But then I get a headache because the blood rushes to my brain. And my arms hurt fast from holding the book that way. I like sitting in this one chair I have in my house under this light. The chair is super soft and cushy and the light is dim and not too bright. Also with a blanket on top of my and my cat on my side. :] <3333

My favorite place to read is in bed or in a comfortable couch.
If I'm at school there's this area near the Science building that I sit at. There's a real delicious breeze there that's awesome when it's a hot day.

I like to read on the one couch with my neck on the art of it. My book rests nicely on my stomach while my hands prop it up. Its really comfy. And in the winter I snuggle up with a corcheted blanket my mom made me. I usually get so toasty I fall asleep. :] <3

I like to read in bed, lying on my side or my tummy, covered in warm blankets with my reading lamp on. During the summer, I take a blanket out onto the deck and lie in the sun for a few hours with a good book, and it's one of the most relaxing things ever.
