So, almost all the penguins got splashed with blood or taken by the police, right? and then her friends at the police station are slowly giving them back to her by, like, placing a penguin on top of her car in a crime scene and stuff like that XD and then guess what? Sweet penguins rule lol, I also like that she has a penguin coffee cup for work just to defy her boss Bert. I can't stand that guy he wanted her to perform human sacrifice for a client that offered a million dollars, thats ridiculous.

well, I think it depends on the place and person that is saying it. For example, "tenderloin" is an old term because we don't say "loins" anymore, while "red-light district" is a fairly new word in our history because back then red did not mean stop (or so I think) but nowadays, if you ever say "red-light district" even little kids will get that "red-light" = DO NOT GO. lol XD

lmao, red-light district is really a "district" it doesn't look any different (far as I can see) from any down-townish place :P it's just like a region on a map, you can't tell where it really starts exactly unless if someone told you XD
