I'm currently reading Lonesome Dove in my English class. My teacher liked it and I thought she was coocoo at first. Really... well... I still think she is, but that's besides the point. The point is... it uses vulgar language and so I hated the book. As I am reading along, this writers sense of writing got to me somehow. The beginning is terribly boring, but going past that, it's quite interesting. Why? I do not know. Anyone read the book, wanna entice me about what they think about it?
So far, I think it's picking up on me like an amusement park. In the end, I know I'm going to be sick though. >.o
